We host Scunthorpe at Sixfields where we’ve not been beaten since the start of October in the league. Just checked the form guide and over the last 6 games we’ve got the best home form and they’ve got the best away form so it should be an intriguing one.

Will hopefully see Mark Marshall at some point and having had Saturday off we should be nice and fresh. A tight 2-1 win.

We head to FGR, one of the few clubs who might call us their bogey team... so there is a glimmer of hope we can get something out of this.

Fuck that! 2 clubs, each with long unbeaten runs coming to an end, up next.

Does Doris still play for Colchester?

Salford at home for us. We're in desperate need of a win to stop this wretched run but for now I'll happily take a draw. But I'm only expecting another loss tbh.

We'll be without Sam Smith again, and he's the only decent striker we got. Apparently he'll be out for a couple of months at the very least and he'll be sorely missed, but I'm praying that this Adeboyejo chap we got on loan isn't as bad as the BRovers fans are saying.

But afaic, the biggest concern right now is the back four and the midfield cover. To let Boro score 4 goals is all telling, and we were also a tad lucky at Morecambe, with their strikers missing a couple of gilt edged chances.

Bradford 0-4 Cheltenham. Bowyer to be sacked at half time.

It actually wouldn't surprise me if we got a win. Vaughan is back after a ban. Donaldson and Devitt came off the bench yesterday and Pritchard got his first start for a while after injury.
Cannot play Reeves and Taylor as a midfield two. They get bullied too easily. Cooke has to play.

Tough one at home to Exeter, and for the second time this season we play them with a bit of an injury crisis. Smith misses about only the second match since his debut at Bradford 3 and a half years ago which is a huge blow.

Pope should be back barring any bans pending being decided before and the ten days rest should have him fresh.

We’ve generally bounced back well from a shocker and with one loss at home we should fancy getting a point.

Generally off the bench recently, with Theo Robinson starting at the moment.

Orient at home, after two draws away from home in the last 7 days it's important we take the 3 points here, not fussed how they come just as long as they do. But if we are to win we must improve how we start matches, as the last two we've really not turned up until half time. Charlie Kirk had a much needed full rest on Saturday so I'd expect him to come straight into the team, other than that I can't see many changes, maybe Green for Finney.

Crewe 3-1 Orient (Anene, Powell, Ainley, Angol) 3,960 (250 Orient)

Only because of our injury situation and the fact they've beaten us twice already. Think a draw would be a good result. Of course if we manage to bring in Yates before the game I might fancy our chances a lot more (as long as he stays on the pitch this time!)

We are incapable of shithousing properly, so we don’t bother with it. Should be an open game. 3-1 sounds about right, though I doubt Angol will start.

Local game for me at the ever delightful Oldham.

The performance on Saturday was the best of the season (not a hard one to achieve!) and if we play like that again I’d like to think we can get something from the game. Would like to think GC would have some common sense and rest bishop - excellent though he was on Saturday - and try a new midfield combination in his absence.

Having won the home game 6-1 with the utterly bizarre situation of 2 Oldham players getting a red card in one movement - a red card and then another for a foul he waved play on for - it was actually very brave, but correct of the ref to make the decision - they’ll be looking for revenge.

Never seen us win at Oldham, would be nice to see is break the duck

We have Creepy. Although we are in good form, this will be a hard game. Crawley have proved recently they can beat top seven teams.

Vale away. Won’t be easy but could really do with a win after dropping points yesterday and a huge game at Swindon on Saturday. Pope will probably score as he’s got a good record against us.

Hopefully Dickenson will be back at left wing back, as we’re vulnerable there without him. Atangana is back from a 3 game ban which is huge as he’s been superb. Hopefully Ajose will keep his place as he looked decent yesterday but was starved of service.

2-1 win

Our record v Stevenage is abysmal but surely we must be able to beat them this time with Westley the clown in charge. 3-1 home win.

Carlisle absolutely battered us at TNL last season, and should also have won the FA Cup game at ours earlier this season (they finished the job at home). We held them to a draw at BP in the league, but that was when we were doing well and even then it was a struggle. In short, we don't tend to do well against them.

Not confident Tuesday will be much different, unless they've got worse since then. We definitely haven't improved.

We need 3 points from our home game against Stevenage although I have a feeling it might end up 0-0. Ollie effect will start to erode if results don't pick up, even if we are playing better.

I'll snap your hand off for a draw at Bradford tomorrow. I know they're apparently not very good - despite being in the playoffs - but this is the exact sort of game we don't turn up for.

Not only that, but I've already decided our promotion/playoff hopes will hang on our home form, so I'm happy to nick anything we can away from home.

That's not ex-Lincoln striker Sam Smith is it?! The one you bought off us about 8 years ago.

Fuck me the writing’s on the wall for you guys now.

Nah we'll be ok but just about I reckon. It will be close as I'm not expecting us to pick up any wins in February but we should be safe come May. I hope.

They were fucking garbage in that away win as well. We absolutely battered them apart from a mad three minutes where the defence went AWOL and we let Ollie Palmer score two tap-ins. Anyhoo, you best win as I’ve got you in the last team standing thing.

Better off taking a neck brace. On the plus side, there will be an abundance of cabbages for sale.

Very hit and miss at the moment. Hopefully Innis and Labadie will be back in tomorrow, missed em v Orient. Sleet forecast tomorrow so should d be a cracker. Reminded of our game back in 2013 when the ref blew up early. First silverware of the season on offer too with the Paddy Power SOS Trophy up for grabs.
