Bit of a trek this weekend, ahead of another one at Tranmere on Tuesday.

One we need to be looking to win and keep up our best away start since 2006/07. We'll probably go with the same XI as last weekend against MK Dons.

Big John has scored or created 7 in his last 8 games, so he's starting to get up to speed.

Sold 600 in advance, so should be a decent number there.

Got a terrible record haven't won very often at Cheltenham, hopefully put it right a bit on Saturday.

It's hard to know what to expect from us at the moment as it appears Michael Duff is still looking to work out what's in our locker.

By all accounts we were immense in the first half at Exeter and could easily have been a couple up at half-time, then again were dreadful in the second half and 3-1 was a more than justified result.

Being at home and with our home record against Lincoln being as good as it is, I'd like to say we'll give it a bloody good go and get something out of this. I just don't have that confidence in our players at the moment.

At least Johnson is no longer manager; he had a right hoodoo over us.

Just looking at our side from when we were at Cheltenham 11 months ago, and only two of that starting XI are likely to start with us tomorrow - Vickers and Eardley and only three from the last time we played them in February - Vickers, Eardley and Bostwick.

Just looked at ours - from both games there will be two possibly three (Flinders, Boyle and Dawson).

The difference is that we haven't necessarily improved our squad.

Seemed like it was going to be one of those days today but we got there in the end after a decent performance.

Brilliant start for us at the 10 game point.

From listening to the radio commentary sounded we wore them down with our fitness and finally got the goals.
Decent following too.

We dug in but the difference in quality was phenomenal. It was sod's law though that the goal would come whilst we were enjoying our best spell of sustained pressure.

After the first goal our heads dropped and any threat we did have (which wasn't much to be fair) went completely.

Said to a friend this morning that I'll take defeat today if we beat Morecambe on Tuesday. We simply have to beat Morecambe on Tuesday.

Despite our great form we still can't seem to shake off Newport. That said, we are now 7 points ahead of 4th, which is nice.

Hoping we start taking more chances as the season goes on, had loads of chances in the last 3 games but only have 6 goals to show for it.
Sure it will come soon.

Today was a solid away performance- second half we stepped up a gear and played 5 yards higher up the field. Couple of players didn't have their best game today (Pett seemed a little off pace) but a hard fought 2-0 away is good enough for me.

CTFC had some pace up front but didn't quite join the dots although can't recall having too many chances ourselves. Think you'll be alright by May.

Remains one of the better away days in the season no matter what the result.
