Croatia will once again be a tough side in this competition, even if their tournament record is largely underwhelming.

They haven't made it past the quarters of any of their last 3 world cups, nor their last 4 Euros. With their core of Modric, Mandzukic, Perisic, Rakitic all 30 or older, this might be their last shot at making a deep run. Will they though.

As for Nigeria, they have a lively young team that could potentially do some damage. John Obi Mikel, Moses, Ndidi, Musa, Iheanacho, Iwobi. Some good players who could surprise a few. Got a very tough group though.

With Argentina likely taking top spot, the runner's up spot in wide open in this group between these 2 and Iceland. Who takes it?

All match chat in here.

I don’t think I’ve seen such a lifeless performance as Nigeria’s at a World Cup Final’s match. It was as if they did have not have any plans to attack at all.

Croatia didn’t even need to get out of first gear. Saudi Arabia would wipe the floor with Nigeria..
They’ll need to improve (which I’m sure they can do) in their next games, but still fancy Croatia to do something this World Cup.
