Someone usually posts a thread on this...
Now that we already have 2 teams that can't mathematically win the title (Chorley and Ebbsfleet) and 1 in Barrow who are within 3 points of Mathematically not being able to go down, who will win the mid table cup this season;- the 1st team who can't be relegated (assuming 4 relegation places) or make the play offs....
We are probably about 5 or 6 games until we get a winner - who will it be?
I'm going for;- Sutton United... which given where they were in the table would be some achievement.

Current mathematical minimum points* needed for various things;-
To win the title = 96 points
To finish 2nd or 3rd and get a bye in the play off 1st round = 90 points
To make the play offs = 84 points
To be outside the bottom 4 = 71 points
To get the AGM Cup 4th bottom place = 69 points.

* these will all reduce with time.

After our disappointing exit from the Trophy, I wouldn't mind a good run in the mid-table cup this season. Is the final at Wembley?

What are you even doing here, LongEatonPie? The mid-table cup is invitation only, and you're not invited.

Go check out the League One 2021/22 relegation thread which Chipmunx has just started if you want to see him talking to himself.
