AFC Fylde (21) v Torquay United (15)
Aldershot Town (17) v Chorley (24)
Barnet (11) v Dagenham & Redbridge (19)
Eastleigh (16) v Chesterfield (22)
Ebbsfleet (23) v Harrogate Town (3)
FC Halifax Town (10) v Maidenhead United (18)
Notts County (5) v Dover Athletic (13)
Solihull Moors (6) v Boreham Wood (7)
Stockport County (8) v Sutton United (14)
Wrexham (20) v Woking (9)
Yeovil Town (2) v Hartlepool United (12)
Barrow (1) v Bromley (4) 5.20pm

A Couple of big games at the top of the table and some important matches at the bottom this week;-

Barrow v Bromley
Top verses 4th as it stands and unless Yeovil beat Hartlepool by 10 goals Barrow will still be top going into the late kick off. Bromley have lost 3 of their last 5 matches;- mainly when Chris Bush has been out suspended or got sent off in the match. He's missing again at Barrow. Barrow are unbeaten in their last 9 home games (W7 D2) and should be looking to win this one although it could be the toughest match they have had for a while. IF Barrow win though it leaves them 8 points clear of Bromley with 2 games in hand and would probably leave Bromley to concentrate on a play off spot.

Solihull Moors v Boreham Wood
6th v 7th and the main thing that stands out is Adi Yussuf who was at Solihull on loan before Christmas is now on loan at Boreham Wood. He wasn't given much of a chance at Solihull and although it looks like he may have been brought in in case Tshimanga is sold before the end of the month he will give Boreham Wood more attacking options. Solihull seam to have lost belief as a team and I can see Boreham Wood nicking this one. As above IF Barrow beat Bromley then defeat for either of these teams will probably leave them concentrating on securing a play off spot as they'd be 13 points behind. AWAY WIN

elsewhere at the top Yeovil, Harrogate and Notts County should each get a fairly easy 3 points.

at the bottom Wrexham v Woking, Aldershot v Chorley, AFC Fylde v Torquay and Eastleigh v Chesterfield look to be the main interesting games;-

Wrexham v Woking
Woking are indifferent at present, but Wrexham are shocking and havn't (I don't think) yet signed anyone to improve the team. If they are not careful the off the field issues are going to cause them to visit NLN next season. Whilst this game isn't make or break for Wrexham the fans will turn on Keates even more if they lose this after been out played in losing to Aldershot at home recently. Shock Home Win

AFC Fylde v Torquay
given that Fyldes match against Notts County was off on Tuesday and the recent weather up North and "Brickgate" the only result I can see here is another postponement - probably at about 2pm... Fylde will probably win if the game does go ahead though as Torquay's form is awful. Prediction;- Postponed

Aldershot v Chorley
Aldershot are in the dizzy heights of 17th and a win here would see them up to 40 points and potentially 10 points clear of the drop zone. Don't write of Chorley yet though - they might have only won 4 games, but have a league high 12 draws. They desperately need to find a striker though. Home Win

Eastleigh v Chesterfield
Not sure what to make of this one. Eastleigh are not the same team as they were with McCallum last season, but didn't look that bad in the Hartlepool highlights. Chesterfield have a new manager and got the new manager bounce in the last game. If Eastleigh lose they are pulled towards a relegation scrap though. Draw

Can’t see us hammering Yeovil at Huish Park for the second time this season. Still waiting on international clearance (been a week and it’s only fucking Scotland) for our new SUPER STAR striker who’s been brought in to ensure a record 129th consecutive 15th place finish.

You never know with us and that’s the frustrating thing. We are capable of going there and winning but the self destruct button is constantly half pressed and ultimately we’ll find a way to beat ourselves. It’s all we ever do.

I have tried to Hex Yeovil, Harrogate and Notts by saying they should win easily - but denying Yeovil 3 points would be greatly appreciated...

I would be amazed at an easy win this weekend. Hartlepool have comfortably beaten us twice this season already, have a 60% win rate at Huish Park overall, and we will be missing 5 of our best 11 through injury (with Duffus also limping off last weekend) meaning we have a fit squad of potentially 12 players to choose from.

I'm assuming Sarll will sign a couple of short-term loans before Saturday like he did against Halifax in December when we were woefully short in defence.

I wasnt too disappointed about our game at Fylde being postponed on Tuesday, we’ve had a lot of games lately and it would have been another 90 minutes on a heavy pitch. Didn’t fancy us either some reason. Happy to have a full weeks’ rest before Dover at home - with the sides above us having tough games (two of them playing each other) three points will put us in a pretty good position.

Dover fans’ thoughts on the game? Bringing many to your first game at ML?

We’re too all over the place to predict anything easily, could turn up and thump Yeovil or like Soup says can capitulate and get buggered at the drop of a hat.

Hoping we get clearance for Keena as Kabamba just isn’t cutting it upfront, misses too many chances every week.

Yeovil will be gutted to know their fav keeper Killip probably won’t be playing, gonna have to give him grief from the bench

Yep easy win for Notts v team with most away wins in the league ;)
tbh honest our away form has dipped at bit so I don't think we're win.
we need to sign a forward before saturday really
would think we'd bring 140-180 this season

Aldershot (and Boreham Wood, apparently )
Although Shots have risen to the dizzying heights of 17th, 2 very influential loan players have returned to their clubs, and as yet, have not been replaced. Still have Chislett, surprisingly , but spine of team now looks weak, and ,given Chorleys record, a draw looks likely.

Dover are decent away, right?

This is the first in a run of six games which all look very winnable (maybe more depending on when Fylde and Torquay are rearranged to), where we are after that will tell us whether we’re going to be pushing for a place in the top three and maybe trying to put some pressure on Barrow, or whether we’ll be in a scrap for the other play-off places.

We should be fresh having rested most of our key players last week and then having the game off on Tuesday.

Dover have started to struggle a bit since they chickened out of playing us on Non-league day and have gone from play off positions to 13th in the league - mainly due to not scoring enough goals. They do however have a good defence in away games. P13 scored 15 conceded 14.

It's a battle of the sick notes then, we've got 6 first teamers missing and unless Challinor is playing kid games sounds like Aiden Keena won't have his international clearance either.

Pools to go up 1-0 first half, lose 3-1 after a Keystone Cops second half.

We are the opposite - we have Bromley(H), Boreham Wood (A) and Solihull (A) as our next 3 games followed by 6 winnable ones, We won the reverse fixtures 2-1, 3-1 and 3-0 - but anything more than 5 points from the next 3 games will be a bonus. 3 wins would however realistically end the title chances of Bromley, Boreham Wood and Solihull. Life is never that easy though.....

A game that on paper for us we need to be winning, or at least not losing. 3 massive home games for us on the horizon though. We've had a week off and Pemberton has said they have been working on fitness.
Still expect us to do something daft though, 1-1.

Barnet Away, don’t remember the last time we won away against this lot. Should be a decent turnout for us being a local saturday game. As we’ve failed to sign a striker so far this week I’m expecting another away defeat. Not won away in any comp for 11 games and only scored 5 in total in those games.

If we win this and other results go our way Chipmunx will be posting in the League 1 forum.

Yet another one I can't make due to work. 1-1 I'll go for.

That's encouraging. Bit more optimistic now. Would bite your hand off for a 3-1 win gifted to us from defensive mistakes, but honestly anything will be an improvement on Solihull's brand of anti-football last time out.

Our record against teams lower down the table isn’t actually any good, though, so it’s more of a test than it seems. We’ve not beaten a team below 10th away from home.

A 4-2 win at Underhill in 03/04 after you beat us 5-2 at Victoria Road on the opening day of the season! We did finish 4th that season though..

Think we're 8 unbeaten but have drawn our last 4 and find ourselves 5 points adrift of 7th, albeit with at least one game in hand against most of those above us.

After this, we face Bromley (a) and Boreham Wood (h) so anything other than 3 points against the Daggers and I would put our play off chances at precisely zero.

Wouldn't expect us to score too many so the result will be determined by how many we concede. Low scoring game, hopefully a 1-0 or 2-1 home win.

We should have a decent crowd tomorrow, despite being on TV. We almost always win when the cameras are in, but I get the feeling too many people are expecting us to deal out another thrashing - hope we don't underestimate Bromley or turn up expecting to win easily.

We have no real injuries, not lost any players and every player is in good form. We have to be favourites and I think we'll win, but will only be 1-0 or 2-1 at best.

As my Maggie friends have said already, after Tuesdays postponement we now have a decent run of favourable games.
But we tend to struggle against teams below halfway, however NA was playing a strict play style and team when we went on our slump. The last few wins have been a mixture of passing, direct and "roughing".
I think we got worked out but now it seems we can adapt which is very nice to see.
That said I think it will be a close one with maybe Notts scraping by with an a goal advantage.

Not sure what to make of the game v Sutton. We've going in off the back of a right royal bumming by Dorking on Tuesday, with what was a strong starting XI for County (they played very well tbf, one of the better sides to come to EP this season, shame they had to combine good football with being a horrible, snidey side)

But on the other hand there's positivity with the takeover & three new signings - McAlinden (oustanding at the start of the season for Halifax, went off the boil after that), left-back Eddie Clarke on loan from Fleetwood, and striker Jordan Archer on loan from Vale. The losses of Tom Walker - and, to a lesser extent, Devante Rodney - means losing a little magic going forward, so hopefully those gaps are filled. Archer in particular looks to be that 'point attacker' no. 9 that Gannon always loved.
