How Easy Was The Ground to Get To (from the station, by car, etc)
Another ground like Oxford and Colchester that seems to not want its town infected by football fans, so is as far away from civilisation as possible. Get in, get out.
If Applicable, How is Parking Near The Ground?
Signs out all over for no football parking, but fortunately a pub called Brooklands had a sign out that welcomed parking for a fiver so I ended up there.
Based on Where You Were Sat, How Was the View?
Again, new ground, so view was fine. The seats are numbered very oddly though, as each block is numbered separately, rather than seat numbers continuing to go up and up.
How Were The Stewards on The Day?
No problems.
If You Ate at The Ground, How Would You Rate the Food?
The pies were okay, if massively overpriced.
How Was The Atmosphere At The Ground, From Both Sets of Supporters? Does the Stadium Hold the Noise?
Utterly horrific.
How Are the Pubs and Local Attractions in The Local Area?
Only moderately better than Colchester. They at least have a retail park! Even if the path from the ground that takes you there is through a dark muddy field that brings you out in Sainsbury's loading bay!
Overall Score Out of 10?
Would be the worst ground Ive been to if I hadnt been to Colchester 10 days earlier! Not a patch on Gay Meadow.
