Big game today between Municpal and Melgar. Just kicked off. Don't know who I want for this to be honest. As long as it stops Alianza from winning the title.

The fact that either Cristal or Alianza will win the title just makes me sick.

Melgar have basically thrown it away with that draw yesterday and will need to depend on Garcilaso and a draw in the Alianza - Municipal match.

Would hate to see any other team from Lima win it but I think I want Municipal winning it. Definitely over Alianza and Cristal. Out of all I would like Melgar to win the league but they're pretty much out of it and will need a miracle now.

As for us, we have a game against Loreto today. I believe we are taking the Sudamericana in priority, which I don't know how to feel about that. Loreto are good at home so we'll probably lose today regardless of the team we send out.

Leon de Huanuco won 1-0 against Alianza Atletico. Not ideal for Universitario. We have to win today.

Cristal nearly have the title wrapped up. Alianza is really their only threat now.

0-0. Neither of these teams can win the title now. Its either going to be Melgar or Cristal. I said Alianza was Cristals only threat but I believe Melgar are still there with a chance.

Content with that point. Was at the game also. Best atmosphere I've witnessed live. All that was left was a good match which wasn't to be found as today the match was dire. Benincasa and Carvallo were our best players today.

Going to Chiclayo today to face Juan Aurich. We're on fire at the moment and a win is certainly not out of reach. I can see this one ending as a draw personally, hopefully we get the win though.

Drew 2-2 against Aurich. Not really happy with it despite the fact Aurich is strong and it was an away game.

This is because we had a chance to win the game at the very end but it was saved by Gallese. Also because Cristal have 2 games in hand and we only have 1 (I believe).

If we had Ruidiaz last night I think we probably would have won. Was a good fightback from the team though after being 2-0 down.

Unacceptable loss last night against the worst team in the league, Leon de Huanuco. In what started out as a dire game, we payed the price for our piss poor passing display.

Ruidiaz on the other hand, is class. Really pushing for the Peru call up.

Today we have seen the match for the first final of the championship of Peru between Sporting Cristal and Melgar FC (it was a tie 2-2). I think that Melgar did a bit more effort to obtain a good result and now could have better position for the next match that will be in Arequipa (height city) in where Melgar is local. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the futbol soccer don't have logic, and I know that Sporting Cristal will play a good match in Arequipa (we have to remember that at the final of the Clausura Championship at the last year, Sporting Cristal defeated Alianza Lima (1-0), that match was done in Arequipa).

Welcome to the forum mate. Cristal has it tough with the 2-2 at home, but nothing is impossible. Beto Da Silva is too good for this level and its not really a surprise he's off to PSV.

He's off to Juan Aurich it seems as well as Luis Guadalupe who is an awful defender even for Peru. Straight to the second division they go
