Was it Lehmann or Barthez LR?

Edit: OAF'd! Totally claiming that one haha

Weirdly I thought Lehmann before goalkeeper came up, and Moe Syzlak before the 'S' surname clue too. Thought I was gonna fuck it up for SUTSS by guessing too much though

Get in there! Great team performance throughout and sticking with the Toucans paid off. Don punished for going against the well formed proven team.

Gutted for Don xx. Huge congratulations to SUTSS though, it takes a huge amount of effort to win any forum game. Survivor takes that to another level. Sad not to make it to the merge for the 2nd year running, but have enjoyed watching and teaming with BD for the final immensely. Hopefully 3rd time lucky next year.

And once again a huge thanks to the mercurial LR for running this edition of Survivor, the thoughts, ideas and work that go into this game, make other forum games seem small in comparison.

Hope the wait for the next one isn't too long. :)

Yeah huge thanks to LR. God knows how he finds the time to prepare all these challenges and run them. Great commitment.

Another superbly run game LR, well done. The detail on some of them tasks were incredible.

Just some constructive feedback. I thought some of the early tasks when we all merged into one tribe promoted more of a team aspect and that immediately made both former tribes allign against each other. Next time, I'd made the first task or two after the tribe merge more individual based to make us stand on our own feet a bit more.

Also, personally, when it gets down to one tribe, I'd have it as automatic eliminations with the worst player going rather than voting occurring. I'm not just saying this as our tribe got decimated. I thought this during the 2nd Survivor also when it was the other way round and I was on the successful tribe. That way the 'best' players get to the final. I'm not saying Don and SUTTS aren't but there were 1-2 on our tribe that could well have pushed them close to final spot whilst I dare say Magic and Mike would have done as well. I think this would really amp up the pressure as well with people giving their everything to avoid being the weakest. Obviously there could be benefits for winning tasks as well that maybe gives that player a starting advantage in the next task.

Just some thoughts to put out there.

On a scale of James' Gameshow Marathon to 10, this scores a 10. :fish:

Oh and sorry SUTTS. Very well done to you. Dare I say from my perspective, I thought you went under the radar a bit as I most feared Magic and Mike from your tribe. But you were ever present and very solid and definitely stepped it up in the latter tasks in the public eye. Well done to Don as well. I won't forget who you are now.

Couldn't disagree much with Lee's comments there but it's hard to know how things will pan out until you try them. I guess that's what separates this game from the more traditional ones where the best player wins, the worst player goes out etc, but yeah, it was exaggerated.

My planned game which will probably happen at some point will have nowhere near the depth of this, though, and for that I can't really salute LR enough. Blew my mind some of the detail, thought and application put into this.

At the start my goal was to not be the first on my tribe to be voted out. I would have been happy with that.

As for Don, a worthy adversary he was. I actually agree with him on hangman. I was fully expecting the third question to come up and blade not to be given the answer. I don't think it would have made a difference though as we had the third question answer already.

Just reiterating what everyone else has said really, and commend you on another fantastic Survivor LR. The sticker collecting challenge was unreal, and I wish I'd still been in to take part in that one.

Don and myself both won 3 challenges after the tribe merger, more than anyone else. Think that makes us worthy finalists.

Your performance in this will stand you in great stead for future forum games like this SUTSS.

Did Team Atari make a massive mistake voting you out first, last time around??

You've proved we did.

Well done mate.

I don't blame the team for my early exit last time. I blame Oaf.

Totally agree. Don's performance as a Toucan was also excellent, I didn't notice you as much early on, but you've only gone and bloody done it, ain't ya?

Congrats to SUTSS on the victory, a very well deserved winner. Really enjoyed this competition thoroughly, it was my first time playing it so I am pretty happy that I managed to make it this far. I also think I was the only person not to receive a single nomination at the Tribal Council which is pretty cool. Thanks to all the Toucan boys who helped me get this far. Thanks to Steady, Spidey and Mike too for teaming with me in the final.

Thanks to LR for running it, he's done a fantastic job. Loved all of the challenges, even the insanely complicated ones.

Better look next time hopefully.

I didn't mean that to come across as discrediting you. You both did excellent.

Flaggate was still the highlight of the series for me.
