This seems to have gone into overdrive - can't speak for desktop but the mobile site has an ad that drops down and fills the top of the screen every time a link is clicked on. There are also large ads between every section on the forum index and in between the list of threads and between posts.

Obviously the site needs advertising but the volume has reached a point where the site is becoming pretty challenging to use.

Now I can't post on the NL section (tragic I know) because of this covering the screen

Should be fixed now; with advertising far reduced and no more popups between page loads.

On mobile please allow up to an hour for this change to take effect for you.

Thanks for your patience.

TB

Edit; I've also now manually blocked a handful of dating ads from appearing. If you spot anymore, please feel free to post a screenshot of them and I'll get them removed also!

The drop down one is the worst seeing as it blocks any notifications, literally have to scroll to the very top of the screen, disable it, then see if you can get on to the next page
