Another playoff battle in store for us against a side that don't lose many and have the best away record in the league.

We could really do with taking the momentum from the win at Fulham and turning FGR over if we are serious about promotion. After this, we have (on paper) a very favourable run of games (Macclesfield A, Yeovil H, Morecambe H, Crawley A, Crewe H), so we need to carry on our good form.

Having said all that, not good timing for us in Doidge returning to FGR. That, coupled with the loss of Surridge for us, makes an already difficult match ever more so.

Iversen

Hamer - Clarke - Edmundson - Hunt

Nepomuceno - Missilou - Maouche - Branger

Lang - O'Grady

I can see a 2-2 draw here.

Normally you'd say a player coming back in circumstances has happened to Doidge would make readjusting hard but there' a lot of his old teammates and he's got the right sort of knuckle down attitude so might hit the ground running - assuming he gets in the side, Tav and George Williams found where the goal is recently. We're in great form, specially away but always feels a bit fragile to me, wheels might come off anytime. Still hoping we can push on though.

This could be anything, but wouldn't shock me if we really shit them up. With our firepower and the feel good factor round the place we're definitely capable.

Think that's it mate, those 4 are quality though think 3 will definitely start Reid maybe not given Doidge's return.

Depends if they were in breach of contract. Shouldn't be hard to prove, either they've paid what they owe plus his wages or they haven't.

Chris cuddly Ken could "prove" he has, has not, was going to, wasnt going to, had no need to or any other thing the slippery bastard thought was to his advantage.
That would then leave you at the mercy of the FA/EFL and God help you then.

How didn't we score in that first half?
Sod's law that we get all these strikers and then can't score.

Great to see the return of the the legend, hopefully we actually got clearance rubber stamped from the FA don't want another points deduction lol. Decent point in the end.

I thought first half FGR were excellent, best side I’ve seen this season tbh.

2nd half was quite even and we should have won it at the end when Baxter squared over from 6 yards.

Be surprised if FGR aren’t challenging this season. Good side, lots of ex Latics, no complaints.

Take a point from that given their form and our forced changes. Need to get our shit together up front if we are wanting to challenge come may.
