Agreed. Teams can come off the pace to reach the play-offs in a normal season when 6th/7th is looking at being 65-70 points. We're looking at 75 minimum to get in this season with 9 teams averaging 1.64 PPG or better. To get 75 points is 12 wins and a draw from 17 for Southend. I just can't see it.

Have you ever been to Southend? One of the most densely populated parts of the country. Not exactly comparable to Darlo. 21k is still too big but only by about 5k really if want to build it with growth in mind. Not quite as extreme.
