We have the losing PO teams in our next 3 games, starting with Exeter.

We were showing as sold out of tickets, but then they went back on sale so I'm assuming that was a glitch because I doubt we'd have sold out.

With Howe being allowed to go out on loan, that suggests Waterfall is fit and I wouldn't be surprised to see him come straight back in. Habergham is still not ready to return despite being back in training, so Eardley will have to continue at LB.

Hopefully we'll continue where we finished last week against Morecambe.

Exeter looked pretty good against us last week. I expect you have sold out cos there are only 350 available tickets for away fans

We have/haven't sold out because our new ticketing system is having some problems. We allegedly had a handful of tickets left for Wycombe days before the game, then announced 24/36 hours before KO that we had hundreds left.

If Lincoln take anything from this it would be a good result, Exeter are going to turn out being one of the better teams in the division.

Lincoln are yet to win so law of averages suggests they're going to pick up 3 points soon.

I'm quite pleased with how we've started this season. Think we've looked good in all our games so far this season. Hopefully Wheeler is back fit again after getting subbed at half time last week.

This will be a tough game.

It's going to be a tough game for sure.

If we are going to compete for a playoff spot again this year we need to be getting 3 points here.

Heart says 2-0 City, head says a disappointing 0-1 Lincoln.

Nah, we're not solid enough defensively for a clean sheet at the minute, much like the beginning of last season. Even if Waterfall did come back in, he's not played for a month.

Then with Raggett probably not being involved I can't see anything other than a home win. We have played well in all the 3 games so far so hopefully that carries on.

Raggett might be involved if his deal gets sorted, maybe travel down Friday night?

Toughie. Exeter looked good in the playoffs. We're capable of scoring 2 or 3 at any ground in this league I think with the options going forward but CB looks to be an issue at the moment. 3-3 scoreline wouldn't surprise me.

Decent result. Kept it tight and professional, our defence seems to be better this year already and we still have Moxey to come into the side.

Only downside is that we may have added to our injury list.

Not quite good enough in both boxes at the minute, which is similar to how we started last season.

We complete the losing PO team set next up, with Carlisle followed by Luton.

Pleased with the win, and another clean sheet which is massively encouraging. This time last season we'd have lost that game 2-1.

A really odd lineup, due to injuries to Moore-Taylor, Moxey, Harley and Wheeler so to come through the game against a tough physical side like Lincoln is pleasing.

Pluses for me were...Great goal from Reid...A fantastic finish that gave their keeper no chance. McAlinden ran his socks off and both Sparkes and Jay looked promising off the bench.

Negatives were Lloyd James being shite again and Tillson was ineffective.

Thoughts on Lincoln are that they look strong and physical. You can tell their a team that will do well and Bostwick looks decent in midfield. They probably lack a decent forward but otherwise look strong. Oh and Matt Rhead is an embarrassment.

On to Cheltenham

Does today's blank mean we will be treated to 4-6 goals in your next away match, or does it not rollover like that?

It'll be interesting to see how the cowleys do now they're playing against proper team and managers week in week out than winning awards when playing park sides.

They've done it in the cup - will be interesting to see what's what.

Yes it's a rollover, just make sure you're at Accrington in April looks like it'll be a cracker :)):

Don't you just generally dread and hate everything?

It's why I like you haha

Still remember that who could be worse cockfesf when we were both vying for relegation the other year, how the fuck northern of us went down is beyond me

Just asking as you guys have done so well since promotion back up from playing park teams....

Well we finished midtable the first season and survived relegation by the skin of our teeth the season after, as did Newport who were promoted with us.

Which is why it'll be interesting in how you get on...

It's not easy playing park sides TBH and is generally not an easy league to get out of. As for the Cowleys with the amount of prep that goes into that side of the game with them, I am sure they know what to expect in League Two. Small margins because we should have had a point today and two more against Morecambe last week.

Agreed. If the other teams spent as much time preparing as The Cowleys then you'd be top of the league.

We haven't been gushing superlatives all summer about the wonderful Cowleys and our fantastic squad though.
