It's only going to sour his history with Monaco too. They outplayed us over two legs and deservedly went through.

In his defence, he was probably quite emotional at coming so close to the #MiracleinMonaco yet falling short. I'm sure he'll regret his comments today.

I wouldn't say they outplayed you over two legs, Arsenal were by far the better team yesterday. Unless you mean overall they were the better team taking both legs into account, in which case I agree. There can be no doubt Monaco deserved to progress, and Wenger needs to realise that. I suspect he does anyway.

Over both legs. There were no overly dodgy decisions leading up to the goals either so we really can't have any complaints. I was also impressed that they weren't deploying time wasting tactics yesterday as much as many teams would.

You think we should replace Koscielny? I've always found it strange how he's so underrated in France, he's been incredible for the past two years now and we fall apart when he doesn't play.
If you want to really challenge the top teams in Europe, then yes.
If Arsenal are content with top 4 finishes and poor in CL then no.

As Thespus said, Umtiti must be a transfer target. Tremendous defender. But depends on how much Wenger wants to spend. Plenty of high quality defenders in Ligue1.
Bellerin looks a good player but having 3 right backs doesn't help.

Cmon man, Kos was better at Lorient than Umititi is at Lyon currently. No way should Arsenal stick Kos on the bench. They just need to sell and replace Mertesacker. Disagree on the LB count as well. Monreal is solid and should become a really reliable player in the next few years.

Koscielny has been playing through an injury all season which seems to be stopping him from jumping well. Gabriel will help him get a rest but he's injured too at the moment.
