AFC Fylde (23rd) v Notts County (7th)
Aldershot Town (16th) v Boreham Wood (3rd)
Barnet (12th) v Dagenham & Redbridge (19th)
Maidenhead United (20th) v Ebbsfleet United (22nd)

Aldershot v Boreham Wood;-
Boreham Wood have the best form over the last 15 games (W8 D7 L0), they face an Aldershot team who are still looking over their shoulders at the relegation zone despite not losing any of the last 5 at home (W2 D3 L0). I'd like Aldershot to get a point, but just can't see it. Prediction - AWAY WIN....

AFC Fylde v Notts County;-
Fylde are starting to look doomed, but Notts County have a really awful away record at shit team, and by shit i mean bottom 7/8 teams... they haven't beaten any away from home yet... I don't think Notts will win on Tuesday either. Prediction - Match postponed - waterlogged pitch.

Barnet v Dagenham;-
Is this officially classed as a derby?? Both teams won at the weekend and Barnet have the incentive that a win will put them in the play offs if Notts County lose or their match is postponed. The only issue is that if there is any rain there is a chance Barnet's game will be off too. Prediction - The Match will at least start.... If Dagenham (or Barnet?) are losing at HT though their fans tears could be enough to cause another abandonment.

Maidenhead v Ebbsfleet;-
If Maidenhead win this Ebbsfleet are down - but if Ebbsfleet win then every team from Aldershot down will start buying AGM cup tickets... An Ebbsfleet win would put them within 6 points of 7 teams!!! and would at least make the season more interesting for a few fans. Can't really see them winning though. Prediction - narrow 2-1 HOME WIN

Surely no way our game goes ahead. We’re looking at some serious fixture congestion if we beat Aveley on Saturday.

If our game is abandoned again, I think we should just call it a day and accept relegation - we already look DOOMED as it is.

A postponement might not be the worst outcome (and is probably fairly likely) as we are at home on Saturday in the Trophy and then host Boreham Wood next Tuesday. Two potential season defining fixtures - it might be better if the bog pitch has some chance of improvement.

If the Daggers game does go ahead, it will be the same old story for us - we will need McCallum to score the goals to earn us the win. Daggers seem to be pretty hard to beat of late but we are playing well and should be confident of scraping a narrow victory.

Rained all day in London today and some heavy downpours due before kick off tomorrow don’t see it going ahead. Wouldn’t really call this a derby, very close in terms of miles but a million miles in terms of driving or time it takes on the train. We’ve only conceded 1 in the last 5 which is a huge turnaround to previous form but our away form is truly dreadful, Barnet should win it.

Sounds pretty unlikely our game at Fylde will be on based their statement. We’re going to be playing 4 games a week towards the end of the season at this rate, and it would have been a good time to play them on the back of a 5-1 hammering at Dover.

On the plus side, at least it might give us a chance to gain a bit of confidence back against Aveley, plus Wes Thomas will use up the last game of his ban against them rather than in the league. And it gives probably our best defender (Alex Lacey) another week to get fit.

Didn't see we'd opened a new thread for midweek. I'll paste what if put in t'other here...

Not sure what to expect from Notts, from what NA is saying we are hoping to scrape a draw in our game at Fylde. Thats our optimistic manager for you. Hopefully they dont call it off at half 5 this time.
With Barnet at home to Daggers we could be out of the top 7 and no games in hand left.

Bet you're glad you hit the big time now!

I actually thought the first couple of months were crazy the amount of fixtures straight away.
But now we could still be in a position needing to play 2+ times a week wtaf!

Notts County can win if it's against AFC Flyde, as a treat.

Sounds like we will actually be going ahead. Must be looking to win this then against a Fylde team with a few talented individuals but no wins in forever and miles from safety, in front of what I’m guessing will be a very small crowd. That would put us up to 5th and a point off 3rd, albeit having played two games more.

I am hopeful but I am looking at the weather forecast with trepidation as it looks very similar to what happened last Tuesday with a large downpour due to start around 6pm and continue until 10pm.

"and a final decision will be communicated at 1pm"

Wrong choice of words used there if it does get called off later! They should have played it safe after the last time with perhaps "it's remained dry so the match is still on at this stage but we are keeping an eye on forecast later in the afternoon"

Barnet game called off...

Utterly embarrassing on our part. Time for the chairman to get his head out of the sand and own this mess. Constant denial is going to get us nowhere.

Whats gone so drastically wrong this season?

Losing 8 players to football league clubs at the beginning of the season and bad recruitment. Piss poor recruitment intact. Bentley cant win a game to save his life either

Second time we’ve travelled to this one and called off, seriously time to start docking points etc. No chance of this game being played until April now, pathetic. Call it off earlier it rained once in 24 hours, tinpot.
