Are we the only club in the National League not getting a new kit? (Well we haven’t announced one, all our new signings have been holding up last seasons shirt and we’ve played both friendlies so far in last seasons kit)

Tim Howard has managed to get his sponsor Nike to start making our kits from next season, no designs out yet.

Don’t get too exited. When they designed Pools shirts, they were shit.
Torquay’s is smart,I’ve always liked Darlo’s black & white hooped strips over the years.
Wrexham’s is just dour & Stockport’s bought from the Poundshop.

Love the new home top, think it's class.

I don't buy kits but got this delivered. It's that good even the missus likes it.

If you pick something from the standard Nike range you're just going to look like a Sunday side. Apparently they will do bespoke kits for clubs at this level but it probably works out more expensive and you might have a long wait for delivery. I'm told our manager wanted us to use Nike but was overruled on cost. If Tim Howard can pull the right strings Dagenham should end up with something decent.

Even a club as big as Portsmouth have been given a bog standard Sunday League templated Nike kit:

At least we're guaranteed to look different to everyone else as we're the only club at this level or above using TAG.

Clubs that play in white will always struggle to produce a decent kit but I quite like the away kit. The stars are a bit tinpot though, I guess they are for your Vase and Trophy wins?

I prefer all white kits. More real Madrid type than ours though. Yeah the stars are for the trophy and vase. Our chairman loves shit like that

With White kits I always think it's better to go as minimal as possible. This seasons make Fylde look a bit like they are wearing a Bolton kit. Away kit looks decent though.

Those stars are a bit embarrassing.

Here's our new home kit, not a lot of happy reviews to be honest

I actually like this. The white top looks great. Never liked the mix colour designs or stripes of the past so this is an improvement in my opinion. They are using the right colours just across all parts of the kit not just on the shirt

Absolutely love both of ours for next season, blue and gold is a new one for us but it looks sleek and stylish, whilst the away kit was picked by the fans; we had some absolutely iconic tangerine and blue home kits in the 1970s that are still well loved by the fans, so it’s good to see the board acknowledge the old club’s history and serve this up, the best pair of Town kits I’ve seen in my lifetimeView attachment 11097View attachment 11098

Obviously a little bit late to this one, but I was watching the cricket World Cup and saw India’s away kit and actually said that would make a great football away kit, and now I look at this thread and find out that Halifax actually do have India’s away kit as their away kit and isn’t the world mad?

So we've been playing in our third kit in all our PSFs with new suppliers Uhlsport dragging their heels. I've wondered what's taken so long. Still no away kit, but the home kit has finally been launched. Skip to 0:28:

God, that's hideous. Definitely not worth the wait!

How do you get black and white stripes so wrong?

(Also, are there two different sponsors?)

Maidenhead Advertiser will be on the lower back I expect.

It's like a really bad tribute to early 90s psychedelic kits.

Home kit desperately needs a sponsor cause without one it looks terrible. Away kit is nice though

I've come across this video nominating the "Top Ten non-league football kits" for this season. The clubs they've picked are: Halifax Town, Barnet, Marine, Torquay United, Dulwich Hamlet, Chesterfield, Fylde, AFC Liverpool, Kidderminster Harriers, York City.

Skip the first 60 second of the video which are irrelevant:

I haven't bought a TQ shirt for many years, but having seen our 'Limited Edition' black/gold effort (which apparently has sold out) I decided to opt for the Blue option... It's quality, and because they're is no sponsor splashed across the front that makes it even better.

In case anyone is wondering why it has '1899' it's because it's our 120th Anniversary and the kit has been specially designed to honour this.

Yep I too have gone for the blue shirt as the first kit I have bought in living memory!

I wonder if the no-sponsor route is something more small clubs will choose. I doubt we ever got much from sponsors anyway and I imagine the sales are much higher as many fans will be keen to get a shirt without the sponsors logo "ruining" it. Chances are the increase in sales would go a fair way to covering any lost sponsorship money.
