Luton fans, I see the white pele didn't even make the bench against West Brom. Thing is we're lacking a box to box midfielder so perhaps......you know where I'm going with this don't you?

Graeme Jones doesn't seem to rate him much. Used him in the Cup last week, apart from that just a few minutes as sub at Cardiff, then picked him out for criticism in the post match.

He is still a favourite of the fans though.

Would like him to have more game time. There is no doubt Luke is a talented player when played in the right position. GJ has brought players in and he will want to give them every opportunity.

Not looking good for Luke atm. I hope he just knucles down as hes a superstar and have the faith he can play at this level. His overenthustic mistake that led ro the Cardiff winner didn't help him

He played very well in the cup game as well I thought, especially in the holding role although I don’t think it’s his best position. Get the feeling Jones doesn’t rate him at all though although I’m slightly puzzled as to why that might be. Midfield is looking crowded now with Brown also in the mix.

I rate him highly and think he will likely play a role as he’s so versatile being able to play all midfield positions but don’t think he’ll ever be a first choice under Jones somehow.

he hasn't picked a complete team to play with the players i would have chosen in any of his games yet...

Apparently Alistair Cook was at the game !

Surely not a Luton fan being born in Bedford ?!

Yep, he's been to a number of games over the years and has confirmed he's a Luton fan

Lives in Hockliffe on a farm. He could get the busway to games.* He only goes on social media to check Luton scores out...

I do wonder if he did that for a bet.

In fact, the first time he pitched up to a game was shortly after a shocking winter where England couldn’t buy a win... we had a game v Woking on TV. We then went onto lose our 27 game club record unbeaten run... coincidence?!

*I bet he doesn’t.

War has been declared.

Capital & Regional have instigated the judicial review process for the planning permissions at Power Court and Newlands Park.

The on-the-pitch stuff now pales into insignificance - that is now secondary to this fight which could cost both us and the taxpayer £100,000s.

Disappointing but its not exactly a surprise, everyone knew and has been preparing for them to take it to the courts so in a way its not really "news".

We all knew C&R would push this as far as they can and this is literally the last throw of the dice they have.

This has now been confirmed with the High Court. C&R have officially applied for a judicial review.

This will cost Luton Borough Council £500,000 and our club a lot of cash that could prevent us strengthening in January to try and keep us in this divison. Staying up has become even more important, but pales into insignificance to the next six months.

Noticed the club statement mentions about it impacting “operational investment” or something along those lines. Doesn’t sound good at all but certainly prefer getting this done than staying up if that’s what it comes too.

Forget today’s result, we’ve hit a landmark in terms of the stadium development.

The spurious application to the High Court for a judicial review has been rejected. C&R can appeal within 7 days, so we’re how very close to ending 60 years of pain.

I’d like to think C&R now recognise the game is up and we win, as we always do in these situations.
