Yeah I've stopped posting on there. The sheer schizophrenia on show has done my head in for the last time- I'm doing myself a favour and ignoring it for the run in.
As neither ourselves or Exeter concede many I'm half expecting a 0-0 but it'll probably mean someone wins 4-3 today.
One thing...
You were definitely good for a point- as you say probably the better team for the majority of the game. Everyone just seemed to switch off for the Wycombe goal (and again for the third but that was probably as much to do with the demoralising effect of that second) which probably enraged Steve...
The race for second is still wide open after yesterday. Realistically it's between us, Wycombe, Stockport and Charlton. On paper ourselves and Stockport have the marginally 'easier' Aprils- playing more bottom half teams and less of the top 7, and it's also significant that both Stockport and...
I remember feeling like that at times last season when we lost home games we probably should have won- funnily enough against both Bradford and Tranmere. It's Bradfords year though.
Soft pen, and that celebration should be a red card offence.
A lot of credit to the Wycombe players with how they dealt with them incident as well. From the keeper trying to get the refs attention to their whole team acknowledging the fans at the restart. A classy touch. Their fans seem a good bunch too- not something you can often say.
Affects both teams. I'm not sure what you're arguing about here.
Its not ideal but what was the alternative? Come all the way back to Wycombe from North Wales to play 13 minutes?
We've been alright second half. In what is a pretty scrappy game- dragging Wycombe down to our level.
Obviously game currently suspended because of the medical emergency in the stands (I think) but was going ok before then. Possibly can count ourselves unlucky Smiths chance hit the post
