I'd estimate that the club have spent £23M in transfer fees this season and probably close to another £10M in future commitments. A total squad cost of well over £50M this season, not including backroom staff.

Danns is another one I like a lot. A lot of interest in him.

He is someone I wanted us to try and target in the summer. Stats wise he had a great last season… doesn’t seem like he’s started this season as well, but think he’d be a serviceable backup (at least) for most Championship clubs.

Looks like Sheffield Utd are going to pay a fee up front, up to £13M including add ons. He’s not worth that, but you could’ve said the same when he signed for Leicester for £6M.
