I don't think there's any real animosity between the clubs, it's more my personal feelings towards them.
There always seems to be some event in our games that goes their way, be it very strange red cards, the amazing handball from their player this season to nick the lead, or the incident...
Big shame Crewe didn't win, would much rather see them go up than plymouth. Sounded like they were very unlucky not to get at least something from the game.
That late postponement is actually disgraceful from Swindon.
Imagine travelling down all the way from Scunthorpe only to be told its been cancelled right before kick off.
Actually makes me think less of Swindon as a club, unfortunately they'll probably be going up, but that's really, really...
I also have no idea how you beat us 2 - 0.
We were by far the better side on the night, but that's how it goes when you're near the top/bottom of the league, wins/losses seem to come your way.
I can only see a home win.
Sure Macclesfield are probably better than their league position suggests, and they don't seem to lose by many very often, but having to release three senior players this week is yet another blow in an already tumultuous season.
Conversely, we seem to be on the up...
I couldn't agree more.
I swear you've played Morecambe, Stevenage and Macclesfield for the last 18 league games, you never seem to play anyone good!
Teams beneath you will have to pick up points, which is unlikely, but I agree that you are in the relegation fight.
Or you could maybe try to support the team instead of booing?
Lord knows we need it and there are too many negative old farts around E10 as it is.
Don't really fancy us as newport have hit a bit of form, probably another draw.
(Seriously though, if we start with 1 up front again I'll boo along...
As everyone on here knows, despite recently losing to $alford and Morecambe (lol), Port Vale have 14 of the best players in the league so we don't really have a chance.
That said, we've finally managed to offload James Alabi after nearly 2 years, so we're taking baby steps in the right...
Colchester marginally the better side in a dull game, conditions are dreadful.
Amusingly the Colchester fans are chanting 'is this a library', have they ever been to a Colchester home game?
