I think it definitely signifies a change in style for us, losing Leonard and Sherring who were the two who got us playing. Nice to have a focal point up front for our other nippy wingers/strikers to run off.

Cam McGeehan signed on a 2 year deal. Spent last year at Colchester, previously at Oostende in the Belgian first division - looks like he did well at Col U and they’re sorry to see him go.

He’s said in his interview he’s played off the left since rather than up front like he did for us. Hopefully the reason.

Nik Tzanev signed as back up keeper. After the departure of Sherring our ‘handsome bastard’ quota was hit hard so good to see we’ve acted quickly.

We’ve had 2 seasons of relentless injuries (the patched up squad that got promoted to this league beggared belief) so it’s that that is the concern. Twice is unlucky, a third season in a row for it to happen would be negligence from Brady and will probably cost us.
