Great result. Thought this had draw all over it and it looked very cagey at first, Walcott's goal brought the game to life. Toure is scary when he's playing well. What a player he could be if he could be bothered all the time.

Özil's performance is very similar to when Germany took England apart at the 2010 World Cup, finding the space between the midfield and defense. Toure is looking a liability, yes, but Fernandinho and Delph should be enough to fill that gap.

Poor first half, got better in the second but still looked shaky defensively. Özil was a level above anybody else on the pitch today. Monreal and Cech were also good. Although the performance could have been better, with the results of our rivals this is a very good result.
