Just heard that we're close to signing Paul Anderson on a two-year deal from Ipswich for free. Anyone know what he's like?

With the squad that we have at the moment, I'd imagine around 15th. However, if we bring in the couple of players whom we had on loan last season, plus a decent goalkeeper and centre-back, then I reckon around 12th-10th.

Oh yeah of course but that's not exactly what I mean. I went for City as well actually. It seems that you already have a squad capable of doing fine in this division and it seems like your owner's willing to invest.

I've attached a poll containing the three sides that were promoted from League 1. Which team do you guys think will finish highest? I understand that you can't be too sure yet until the transfer window has closed but what are your initial thoughts? Just interested.

I think a front two would probably suit him even more than a lone striker role providing there's the right partner with him. Personally I think he needs someone with a good work rate up front with him. However, if he's in a front two he probably won't bag so many goals. Don't forget, most of...

Gutted that Bogle has left the Moors, he's too good for the North now, though. You've done a great bit of business there. He's a little bit lazy at times but possess all the qualities needed in a striker (especially if you play one up front).
