He seems to lose his explosiveness post injury. Beforehand he was rapid and very strong. When he came back he was nothing like. A real shame as he was exceptional up front for us and nearly dragged us to promotion on his own. Suspect he will drift down the leagues and end up NL South eventually.

I don’t disagree in fairness - I just worry about injuries and we can’t afford to lose Grigg for a prolonged period if he does have a bit of a tweak - which he seemed to have on Saturday. We are in a right predicament with our current available squad. Cook likely wont change it, and perhaps...

Bench isn’t great but first 11 still looks strong. I’d actually started Drummond and save Grigg for Bradford. I’d be tempted to rest Mandy too and stick Hobson or Oldaker in. Otherwise I can see even more injuries on the horizon. Banks is another one who could probably do with a rest.

Agreed. Well worth the journey today. Electric for 20 mins and then dogged for the rest of the game. All of them dead on their feet at FT. Suspect injuries will bite us in the arse soon due to the lads who are available running out of steam.
