Not sure I get Monk tbh. Apart from Swansea, he’s never held a job over 18 months, even Swansea was less than 2 years. If he did that at L1 level we’d be livid at the appointment, he’s just done it at a higher level, but I’m not sure that necessarily means he’s a good manager?

Tbh in lower leagues you never really know how it going to work out. As time has home though, I do think it was right to get rid. I only wish he had the chance for the easier fixture list we’ve recently had

If clubs truly get to choose the fixtures, I’d imagine we’d both prefer that stand open for this one. Although I suspect Christmas fixture list is prioritised over a few extra fans for us both

So our “temporary” stand has been recommended for planning approval, with counsellors ruling next Wednesday. Rumours we’re aiming for it to be open for Cheltenham 9th December

Plus we always lose away to the ‘big’ clubs in the division (not sure Reading are big, but you know what I mean). Gutted to miss it, the only week I couldn’t make all season

Heard his interview on radio bristol on the weekend, it was pretty clear he’s interested.
