Accrington Stanley published stats that show your numbers are significantly higher than most League 1 clubs are getting. Very impressive.
Stones viewing figures - activated streams - have been between 1,000 - 2,000 per home game, again, higher than some of those League 1 stats.
Explain why? Do you think money grows on trees at our club? A club without a wealthy benefactor (we're fans owned) and zero non match day revenue streams other than a clubhouse that has pretty much been shut due to the pandemic? We now have zero full time staff at the club to cut costs and even...
Write us off at your peril. 2-1 up against a very strong Stockport side with just over 10 mins to go and an error led to a collapse. We have a number of loans lined up from Premier League clubs to bolster the squad, subject to those players not getting picked up by EFL clubs before the deadline...
Hugely disappointing to capitulate the way we did given we were 2-1 up with 13 minutes to go. The substitutions didn't help and once we made an error to allow Stockport to equalise they were ruthless. You could see that once they got back in the game, they would go on to tear us apart. Rooney...
We've come across a lot of billy big bollocks clubs and fans over the years, but a Stockport fan asking on Twitter if we're providing a commentator to provide exclusive commentary just for away fans, not home fans, is right up there with some of the most entitled nonsense I've ever seen.
On this day (well, tomorrow 13 October) 2001
Football League Div 1 (Today’s Championship, step 2 of the pyramid) Man City 2 Stockport County 2;
Ryman League Div 1 (step 7 of the pyramid) Thame Utd 4 Wealdstone 2
Fast forward to 2020 and "pub" team Stones take on the "mighty" Stockport, as...
There were large numbers of Stones fans watching the game too, some as far away as New Zealand. I thought your club did a great job with it to be honest, even the commentator was good (despite the WILSTUN in the 2nd half..)
Despite the inevitable disparaging "FFS it's only Wealdstone" nonsense, that was a well deserved point for the Stones which really should have been 3. I thought our pace would cause problems and good to see Brennan retaining our attacking philosophy. We'll only get better too. Not bad for a part...
Our pre-season was so poor we've no idea how we benchmark against the other clubs in this division. The squad does look strong, bags of pace and great technical ability. But whether we'll overload sides as much as we did last season is highly doubtful. Looking forward to it.

3 great signings for the Stones today. Dyer was outstanding for us before heading off to play top flight football in Sweden. And with regards to Benyu, another National League club was in for him (rumoured to be Aldershot) but he's signed for the Stones and hopefully provides that creative spark...
What on earth does "elite" status even mean in the NL FFS? It's non-league football whether the ex league sides like it or not. Drop elite status, allow fans back in. Despite all the cock waving, there is no way any club in the NL can afford to cover their costs without supporters. Assuming...
