I think we went into yesterday's game as a team thinking that three points were there for the taking. And that feeling only increased when we went 1 up inside five minutes.
Paid for it in the end and lucky to get away with a draw. We dominated the second half without creating any clear cut...
I feel like you need to give the Ramble a prolonged listen if you want to get into it. One off episodes don't really do it justice.
Or it might just not be to your taste which is fine I GUESS.
I said before the start of the season I was absolutely amazed that Eastleigh were 2nd favourites for the league - and yesterday proved my point even further.
Don't get me wrong, they have some quality about them, but there are certainly better teams around in this league and even at these early...
I'm surprised they changed the presenters. Lynsey Hygrave was very good and George Riley was competent if not fantastic. Colin Murray is just bloody annoying.
Haven't watched a great deal of Speedway this year, but I thought yesterday was exceptional - just a shame Tai missed out on countback. Looked for all the world after the first two sets of heats that he'd be having a good night and making up some serious ground on Doyle, but alas it wasn't to be.
Quite interesting to hear from Wright/Anderson/Wade, all seem to be quite angry at the PDC regarding the scheduling of the Matchplay in relation to the US Masters last week. All three were relatively out of sorts tonight and blamed it on travelling/time difference.
Can't wait for Christmas. Orient is a lot more appealing than Braintree, plus there's the added bonus of a game in-between unlike last season. Ebbsfleet is easy to get to as well which makes it even better.
Very pleased with how they've fallen, job situation pending.
Home on the opening day, Fylde away in August, Orient double header over Christmas and away on the final day as well.
Only potential pain in the arse is Gateshead on Good Friday, but that could be a weekend in Newcastle job.
I flip flopped over backing Stradivarius all morning and then went with Alqamar instead, which proved a wise choice.
Today...

My treble needs Dartmouth to win and I've also got a four-fold just for today of September, Dartmouth, Limato and Thomas...
Had Permian this afternoon.
Also backed Winter and Caravaggio (what a ride) in a treble with Dartmouth tomorrow.
Wasn't around yesterday, but what a finish to the Gold Cup that was. Sensational racing.
