1FF Rugby World Cup Sweepstake

This relies on trust, but I'd hope that you'd all trust me to do this fairly...

The World Cup starts on Friday, and I thought about doing a sweep-stake for it.

Basically, everyone pledges to pay a set amount, maybe £2-£5 and I'll pick the team out of a hat for you (all entrants go in a hat and I'll even draw the order of picks)

The winner gets half of the money and the other half could go towards the running of 1FF?

Well, I presumed if all of the money (up front) was going to 1FF, there would be a way to then give the winner half of it?
