I'll be eating fish tonight, going to the game and will be cheering grimsby on!

Think if Cheltenham lose though it will be false hope as I can only see us drawing with Wrexham

I spoke to our chairman after last week's home defeat to Barrow and he said that for the first time he was worried. We played much better at Guiseley on Monday and should have had the game done and dusted by half time, but ended up scraping a point at the death. Tomorrow's game v Borehamwood is the biggest game of the season for us. If we lose I think we'll struggle to get the 4 or 5 points we'll still need.

I am, for want of a better phrase, absolutely shitting it for tonight. A draw just about keeps it in our own hands, a win would be a HUGE step towards the title (especially if FGR don't win tomorrow) but a loss puts it in FGR's hands which would be horrible. Hard to know what to expect from Grimsby, will they be the side that put in a great performance to beat FGR away or the one that turned up to Halifax and Macclesfield and were, by all accounts, shite?

We need to win for johnny tomorrow, a decent gate a welling side that has to come out and play as a point is no good to them... And 3 points after an emotional 2-0 win

Massive 6 pointer at the Rec tomorrow against Barrow. Apparently we have a bug going through the squad we might be a little light on numbers.

Can't wait.

I imagine we'll play 3 or 4 youngsters again like last weekend. McDaid's away with the U21's, McCombe is injured as is Stanley. Rhead missed last week but Caton played some part.

Pivotal weekend. If Cheltenham lose tonight, we can go top tomorrow which would be a massive incentive.

If they win, we will have a lot pressure on us just to stay in touch tomorrow.

Might pop along to Smiley World tonight. FISH.

I wouldn't normally expect anything against Eastleigh especially away from home. The fact is we are desperate for every precious point, Olli Johnson is working his way to match fitness, Emile Sinclair has finally begun to score goals and James Hurst is finding the right balls to feed him. We looked good going forward last week but hopeless defending our box.
I hope Danny Lowe is fit enough to slot back into defence.

Wrexham are clearly a very decent side, who play some nice stuff. Was sort of hoping to see Lee Fowler, a top lad who is a class player at this level when over his demons and had been playing well recently, but if he doesn't play it's probably better for us. It will be another big day for the Jennings' as well, both in good form atm wouldn't be surprised to see both score (and probably get booked the mouthy bastards).

Our best chance imo will be to make sure that there isn't much football played tomorrow, which we're good at doing, plus our pitch is pretty shocking which should help. Get a couple from set pieces, which seemed a bit of a weakness when we drew at their place, and grind it out. Sounds a plan.

Kind of owe Welling one for when they cheated and got Sutton sent off earlier in the season costing us 2 points.

Sorry, but these are the games we always win 1 - 0.
I've lost count of the times since we've been down here that we have gone away to a top end team and won 1 - 0, and tonight just feels like that again.

Incredibly optimistic to think they could pip either of these teams to the title, but gotta dream.

Torn on the FGR v Wrexham game. Hopefully no result due to a mass brawl.

Can see Macc winning and hopefully Jimmy Harvey does us another favour.

Expecting a big gate at tomorrow's game, probably the biggest home support any team have had so far this season (not inc away fans).

Does whoever chooses this just look at the form table and give it to whoever is at the top? 4 wins and 2 draws looks good on paper but did Barrow play anyone decent in March?

Grimsby, remember tonight is your duty to fall. In the name of all things holy, we can't allow those ***** at Stepford Whores FC into the Football League. Step aside, give Cheltenham free passage and prepare to humiliate the fake burger merchants in the play offs.:bdick:

you can only beat what's put in front of you... and the top 2 or 3 bottled it a lot last month, so didn't come into the equation this time.

Had we won on Monday I'd be well up for us winning this but alas we are faced with a game where a loss would probably be better for us.

That makes up for the pen we should have had in the reverse game.
