It has been confirmed that Mansfield have appointed former captain Adam Murray as their new manager succeeding Paul Cox at Field Mill.
Murray has been in Caretaker charge of The Stags leading them to wins over Plymouth and Concord Rangers. Murray said that
"After much thought and consideration, I feel the time is right for me to take this step into management."
Murray will start work as Mansfield boss tomorrow against Cambridge in The FA Cup but this time as permanent manager of the club.
So, is this a good appointment for Mansfield? Can Adam Murray lead The Stags towards the play-offs? Please vote and leave feedback.
