Nope, the rules on this forum are pretty relaxed so feel free to stay here. Or post on both forums, it's up to you Poolies.

Hopefully we'll play a couple of you on the way to being the first non league club to win the FA Cup

Pretty flexible as far as I can tell. I support a L1 club but I still post in Non-league and L2.

To be fair as soon as you encounter the Woking fans you'll be running back into here anyway. We'll keep your seat free.

Woking fans here aren't bad just... an acquired taste. The FGR fans are a good bunch too. Better news is Lincoln went up so you don't have to listen to Impish.

If Lincoln can win the conference it should give you a lot of hope.

Added that Cheltenham and us have won in during the last 5 years, there's no reason why you can't either.

I know at times Hartlepool and Mansfield have had some "intetesting" games but it's a massive shame you went down instead of those tossers in Wales.

Always welcome to post!

I've just had a look at the non-league forum. Can we not bring re-election back?

And I don't even post.

As long as they're mindful it took us 6 years, came completely out of the blue and we once lost to Carshalton in the FA Trophy on a Tuesday night in the middle of winter along with losing to already relegated Hayes and Yeading at home.

And we had Matt Rhead. :cool1:

And we drew 0-0 at home to grays with their 8 fans, lost 4-1 to Hayes and yeading infront of 312 We lost to Matlock in the fa trophy (the year we went up).

It's all a learning curve, if you think our time down there was any less shite than yours, think again.

We lost 3-0 to Curzon Ashton during our stay down there.

That's not even a real place.
It's part of Manchester..... The other side of Manchester from me.

It's full of poor people.

I wouldn't stoop as low as to compare Lincoln with Mansfield, so you're fine. ;)

Concur with this, shame they're not going to be quarantined to just the one thread going forward, but like the human body, you have to let the arsehole exist or the thing risks exploding.

I think it's fair to say I'm looking forward to this section of the forum, particularly with the upcoming East Midlands ROYAL RUMBLE.

For every Stockport County, there's an Exeter City. For every York City, there's a Doncaster Rovers or Bristol Rovers. So many traditional league clubs have ended up in the Conference but sooner or later they make their way back and frequently move higher.

Its fun winning the National League (I prefer calling it the Conference). In fact we enjoyed it so much we went back and did it again.

In our first game down there we earned a famous draw at home to Canvey Island. We also got beat at home by pre-Vince Forest Green.

We lost to Altrincham and Oxford City in our year down there.

That being said, we also went on a 22 game unbeaten run and loved pretty much every minute down there.

Get sorted in the summer and get lucky with injuries and there's no reason either Pools or Orient won't be back. Tranmere should (fingers crossed) be come coming back after only 2 years, Lincoln are now back. It's telling that 4 of the top 5 were ex-League clubs, and we all know why FGR buck the trend.
