As closer a game as any for us.

Should be a decent crowd with plenty from Stevenage.

Stevenage seem very good on the road and rubbish at home.

We have picked up and are steadily climbing with good wins of late.

I'm going for a draw 2-2

This one could be tasty especially as we're both better than the last time we both met at Broadhall Way for the worst match of football ever. It was so bad it ought to have preserved for posterity as a part of conceptual art.

How many are Stevenage likely to bring ? I assume, not as many as Luton [or maybe even Enfield] ?

We'll lose.

We're doing well when I predict that, so I think I'll carry on. We're going to get absolutely battered off the field :bdick:

I took a look at the Stevenage forum there's hardly mention of them playing a football match.

3000 plus crowd would be an improvement Stevenage I would expect to take what we do to theirs so between 800-1000

Won't be anywhere near that unfortunately, I'd say between 400-500 as an optimistic guess will be making the trip.

Their Away turn out is indeed pathetic but they've been much the better side so far and are deservedly winning. In fact, they look miles better than they did under Teddy Sheringham.

Decent side, Stevenage. Fully deserved the win after an embarrassingly one-sided first half. We were vastly improved in the second half and certainly made a game of it but we didn't quite do enough to force an equaliser.

Our first defeat in a while and after two games where we have been largely dominated, a bit of a test for the caretaker bosses.

From the little I've seen of us this season, we do not look capable of mounting a serious and sustained play off push but if we can challenge for the top half and steer clear of any danger at the bottom, I think that will be a decent effort this season.

It's been mentioned a lot on the Barnet forum, but not here yet. Young Jack Taylor was switched to central midfield from full back at half-time and after 5 minutes of the second half it was already obvious that we have an exciting player on our hands. Composure on the ball, not afraid to take the ball forward and take some risks and a wide range of passing. I am looking forward to seeing more of him in the matches to come.

I thought he was our best player in the first half as well, was just as willing to close down and put tackles in . Can easily see both Taylor brothers being our midfield pairing in a year or two (As long as no one nicks them) if they continue to develop.
