Accrington vs Rotherham
Cheltenham vs Plymouth
Fleetwood vs Shrewsbury
Lincoln vs MK Dons

Sunderland vs Doncaster (27th)

Not many games today.

We had no Covid cases on Monday, then two on Thursday. Hopefully the two Covid cases will be with already injured players rather than someone like Scully should be back in the squad for this one. In theory, I think Eyoma and Jackson should be back as well from suspension and concussion.

Didn't realise you were playing tomorrow, I've added it in.

I have assumed it will be called off, but am now confident it will be on. Just got to work out the Argyle TV at the in-laws. Taking my tablet just in case we can’t get it to work on their technology.

No senior striker for us in the side today, so we're 4-6-0! Scully back on the bench after a month or so out, so at least we'll be able bring one on!

Fleetwood well beaten by a dominant Salop side. Afraid we were never really in the game, the academy lads have done sterling work over the last few months and perhaps today caught up with them. With successive away games against Wigan and the Mackems coming up we could find ourselves back in the brown stuff. Fair play to Shrewsbury who looked anything but a side at the wrong end of the table

Less said about our game the better. I didnt go as im away, but to see us go 2 nil up and throw it away is so frustrating and feels so typically Lincoln at the moment. Doesnt feel great with the horrific run of games we have!

Good solid performance by Argyle with a very vocal away following. 2 very well worked goals. Panutche Camara is getting better and better. Hope we can keep hold of him for as long as possible. Not the best of matches to be honest and I was quite disappointed with Cheltenham. Thought they would offer a little more but onwards and upwards for for us. Play offs is a very realistic possibility. Luckily we’ve not had any games called off for covid yet. The only team to have played 24 games so far in league 1.

We couldn't have made it any harder for ourselves with that own goal and giving away a penalty for self induced hand ball stupidity. A good win in the end but we have to tighten up our defense if we are to have any real shot at the playoffs.

Don’t think we played that well, especially in the first half. Too many long or hoof balls, which I think was due to Cheltenham nullifying our passing game. That said the first goal was a great team effort, with Pan getting the ball in our box and then after a load of sharp passing he finished it at the other end. We played much better in the second half, and our subs were a level above the Robins’s. Ennis really is a quality player and needs to be starting.

I did not get the sense that Cheltenham would score outside possibly a set piece, but our defence were very capable.

Overall, a bit of a scrappy game, but three points is three points. Our fans were very positive towards the sporting and welcoming nature of the home fans.

Let’s hope Wednesday game is on.

It's hard to pinpoint where we were so weak yesterday. We actually looked ok defensively, but both goals we definitely contributed to. We created a good few chances, but we never tested the Argyle keeper. Even though we created chances, the majority of our balls in the final third were dreadful.

The most concerning thing however is the silly little mistakes we're making. Passing directly to the opposition, leaving dangerous players completely free to do as they wish.

These are concerning times - we've not had our first choice defence all season, but we've managed. Now the defence is suddenly looking shambolic. I'm not panicking yet, far from it, but January is massive for us.

Easiest 3 points Sunderland will get this season the amount of players still out injured is beyond a joke

I think there are worst teams in league 1 and you’ll be fine staying up. Obviously the defence needs tightening up though. 42 conceded isn’t great reading. At times you looked pretty good going forward but it was the final ball that was lacking. There will be better days ahead.

Nail on head about the final ball - the problem was that even when it was decent no-one looked like doing anything with it.

I thought your problem was up front, where you looked pretty toothless. One of your players had an excellent opportunity in the second half if he took a first time shot, but somehow managed trip himself up over the ball. That said you were pretty resilient in defence and forced us into a type of play that is not our norm. We did not play well, but a lot of that is due to how you prevented our normal game.

Quite a few Pasoti posters liked Freestone.

I don't get why Cheltenham have Crowley and Joseph on the bench, two players with Championship quality. Also I've noticed Joseph a proper fox in the box forward has been used a lot as Wing back. The tools are there but for some reason not being used?

Public enemy number 1 these days. He's a squad player basically, but been thrust into the first team.
Well a few said they would like him to join us. Personally I was not so sure, but the basic point is that you do have players others covert. I thought Joseph looked lively when he came on, and May always causes some problems.

Plymouth did a number on May - as soon as he got the ball two were on him. He's definitely the danger man in our team, but he can be neutralised quite easily.

As I said before, I'm not panicking, far from it. The current run is what I expected at the start of the season. It just takes a win to turn the form around.

Well that was a predictable loss, we are an utter shambles, all 3 first choice centre halves out, all four first choice midfielders out and our main striker out. We can’t defend set pieces, can’t score from them, still no word on the new manager, at this rate we will be in the conference after next season.

I thought the new gaffer was to be unveiled today.

Has he turned up today and decided he cannot do anything to help?
