Couldn't make it today so won't comment on performances but to get back to 2-2 and then lose to 10 men is confirmation that it's just not going to be your year.

Based on the first 35 minutes, we deserved a 5-0 defeat. We were absolutely atrocious; without doubt the worst half performance I've seen at home this season.

Cameron McGeehan should've seen red after 4 minutes - went straight through their player. And then 5 minutes later could've easily been booked again after pulling down their player, but the ref didn't even give a foul. Cameron then scored a great header just before half time.

Second half we battled and deservedly got an equaliser through Alex Lawless. However, Kevin Ellison, eventhough he was quieter in the second half was a nuisance. Slid a pretty innocuous cross which Luke Wilkinson duly put in the back of the net.

Could not wait to rub it in with the home fans in the Kenilworth Road end. Took great pleasure, Brodie-style. Have absolutely no time for that.

Funny old game saint. You have to laugh or you'd cry. There wasn't a striker within 10 yards of the ball which was rolling harmlessly through to Justham before Wilko had a brain fart. Not sure if Justham failed to shout or something, it really was a ridiculous goal to concede after working so hard to get back in the game (Wilko was having a shocker all game to be fair).

We played well second half (mostly), but when you struggle to score goals like we do you just can't afford to give teams a 40 minute head start every week. Not sure what is going on with our first half performances but the fact that it has happened for four or five games in a row now is concerning. Only bright spot is no-one seems to want promotion this year, everyone else is crap too (I do think we should be focused on play-offs now though, no chance of top 3 with our form).

Morecambe's second goal was an absolute worldie, worth looking out for on the highlights. Their number 7 looked a good player.

Biggest disappointment from today has to be the fact that our captain has felt compelled to come out and ask the fans not to abuse our own players, apparently McNulty and Still were both having a right old stand to with some wanker in the Main Stand. It's like we have learnt nothing at all from last season and Ronnie-gate. No doubt the morons giving the abuse are the ones who only bothered turning up again starting with Forest Green at home.

McGeehan still up to his old tricks by the sounds of things.

No chance of play off's on this form. We'll likely improve again but just seems every ounce of confidence has drained away.

Lived outside UK for a while now so perhaps I'm losing the ear for my home tongue. Would someone care to tell me a single word - just one - from the first two or three sentences? I did get the four or five "You Knows" but that was it..........................

That trick worked a treat last year but it's second hand now. Less effective than keeping quiet I think and letting the decent fans deal with it. We always have and always will have our idiots - as do most clubs - but I do feel strongly a fan has the right to have a pop without crossing a line. We'd still have Lenny effin Lawrence otherwise or Gurney or Kohler etc.

Fans who pay their money have a right to tell someone if they're shit or been lazy and not put a shift in. The days are gone where a player feels that much loyalty to a club. A Ricky Hill would be gone in a heartbeat these days so they don't care like a fan does. Does it help? Nope but it's good to get the frustration out too sometimes even if after you're like whoops shouldn't have done that. It's often heat of the moment passion that comes out when it isn't in the players. Not saying that was the case today as I'm 5k miles away...............

Edit. I guess I may have jumped the gun as I'm yet to hear/read what was said etc Just going from the above interview presuming someone in G Block or Maple has told someone they're a useless bastard etc etc

"It's all about us, think the buck has to stop with us, you know,... (inaudible)... being honest, I think it's all, you know, your own personal performance..."

My mum's side of the family is scouse so I'm fairly fluent... god knows what he says in the second sentence though.

Accent amusement aside, it's incredibly depressing to me that he has felt compelled to come out and say that kind of thing. Some of our fans are legitimately brain dead. Last season with Ronnie Henry was meant to be the turning point, the moment the idiots realised how much they were hurting rather than helping. Unfortunately, like most dimwits, ours seem to have short memories.

He didn't do this until he linked up with Richard Money.
Richard Money, the man who has managed a side who have had just 4 sendings off (2 for players he's actually had time not to act like dickheads) in the last 2 seasons, clearly the reason behind McGeehan's disciplinary problems...... But it's normal of Luton fans to want to blame our Dickie, standard stuff.

As above couldn't make it yesterday so probably missed something in the programme but what's this stuff about renaming the ground?! Are we setting ourselves up for an April Fools joke or is this actually a serious proposal?

Can anyone enlighten me?

Supposedly this is just a 1-game PR stunt, but I thought TiL had a veto for this sort of thing. If Kenilworth Road turns into the Paddy Power Stadium for one game, the board have a lot of explaining to do.

Actually it's going to be a nationwide experiment as part of forgiveness

Kenilworth Road will be re-named The John Gurney Stadium, Sixfields The Gary Johnson Stadium and Shrewsbury The Lawson D'Ath Stadium as apparently they dubbed him an odious little ****!

I can only assume it has something to do with the new ground. I can't possibly imagine any other reason to do it.

Would you be upset if said company ploughed £1m a year into the football club?

On the stadium, could possibly be a very good marketing ploy if the ground named "easyStadium" or something like that, especially with the rumoured new stadium location is.

Obviously not. I doubt anyone is going to pay £1 million per year for the naming rights to the Kenny though...

If it was like old easyJet, first 2,000 people bag the best seats in house! Then a free for all after!

Never seen the obsession of speedy boarding nor trying to get on the plane first - all the seats are the same right?

Or the first 5,000 seats go for a cheaper price, whilst the next 5,000 all go up in price as per demand is higher. The last ticket goes for £100 a pop!

FWIW, reading my ST brochure for next season, it said this season we've got a grand total of 5,950 ST holders!

Old school but I'd be dissapointed at our heartfelt owners if they sold the naming rights for 10M let alone 1M. It's the fucking Kenny until we move.

Plus in all honesty, let's be realistic - it really is a shithole. It's our shithole but if you were an up and coming - or established - industrial giant with that sort of wedge would you really want your Company name on one of the shittiest stadiums in the country? It's our shit and I love it but lets be honest....................
