Looking forward to the day out in Manchester as always. Safe to say I expect 3 points from this but bury have ended they're terrible losing run with a couple of draws and defended superbly at bramall lane so it won't be easy breaking them down. An early goal and I can see a comfy win so hopefully we get one.

Short trip up the road for me so looking forward to it, not been to one of our better games yet (Bolton away, Southend/Oldham/Northampton at home), won the last two but not playing how it sounds like we had been previously.

Think I read somewhere that we've never won all three Christmas/NY games, hopefully break that today and start to push home our advantage at the top.

I really don't think bury are a bad side they were very unlucky to lose and probably should of had a pen at 1-1. They defended brilliantly at bramall lane too. I think if they get a win it will turn they're season round.

First time we've won all our festive games post war. We've won 17 points in the last 20 minutes of games, not through luck but waring the opposition down who drop deeper as they tire from endlessly closing is down.

Now got a tiny bit of breathing space at the top, a very tough game next time out Vs Southend away...could extend our lead more as most other teams don't have a game.
