Bury vs Oldham Athletic (Bucket shakers vs Biffo's)

Saturday sees the first local derby of the season at Gigg Lane against Oldham.

We have had a steady start, winning, losing and then drawing from our opening 3. With Oldham losing, drawing and drawing.

Both had 0-0 draws in their last games. Oldham yet to score in the league (worrying for us).

FACT: Boundary Park is the second closest stadium to Gigg Lane after Spotland.

Should be a healthy crowd hopefully although Oldham fans don't seem confident of a sell out on their end by the looks of it.

Can't see many more than 1200 which is diabolical.

Fully deserved victory after riding out the first 6 or 7 minutes. We still seem to bottle it when we break clear. If we had the confidence on the break we could have had 3 or 4 excellent chances but in the end we only bagged a lucky goal.

It's definitely gelling tho and I'm much more confident of staying up than I was before a ball was kicked

Still angry. Today showed how much of a mistake letting (player of the season) Peter Clarke go. I'm done with this shit while he's at the club. Less than 3,000 home fans for a local derby is absolutely pathetic but shows the level of apathy Flitcroft has created around the fanbase. That's it for me, I swear.
