Saturday marks our first trip to Cambridge since the 1994-95 season when we were both in the third tier.

Cambridge appear to be free scoring whereas we haven't even scored an away goal in the league since the last weekend of October. We beat Leyton Orient that day and subsequently, we've only scored 3 goals in the league since.

Dagnall and Lowe have both been awful since the Grimsby game 3 months ago and they can't play together. Coupled with the fact that an underperforming Ben Garratt won't be dropped as won't Daddy's boy and his equally incompetent defensive colleagues, we literally have very little chance of scoring a goal letting alone winning. I'd let Lowe go to Bury if we can find a decent replacement who offers something different. Not optimistic at all for this game, only going for the new ground and the socialising and I reckon we'll drop to a 4-0 defeat.

Davis will say how he's a winner, he won't quit and that results will change despite throwing the players under the bus whilst we endure another week of horrific soundbites before our Boxing Day defeat to Carlisle.

Just end the never-ending cycle now.

First time I've been confident of a home win all season, one which may just take us into the play-offs for Christmas. Just watch us screw this up.

For once many of my fellow u's think we'all win this and so do I, it's just a feeling I don't feel to comfortable with, probably because it doesn't happen to often(especially with me anyway) but we're playing well, banging the goals in and looking dangerous up top so why shouldn't we be confident??

Because all to many times it comes back to bite us in the arse!!

Anyway 2-1.

Very much looking forward to tomorrow, bringing my 2 best friends from Seattle to the game and we are flying, hopefully we get out the blocks early and get another resounding win.

Entire club is on life support right now. I thought last season was a low, nope. THIS is a low.

We're despised as a club, our manager is despised by the fans, the people who run it are just morons and the players, well, are just crap.

Until the independent inquiry is done and dusted, forcing Hassll to dump his shares in the bin round the back, Bowler to step aside (10 years too late), Dario's presence to be lifted and Davis told to do one; I really can't see me giving a flying one about another football result.

I think Crewe will come and try to frustrate but do they have the players to hit us on the break? I'm not so sure.

If we get an early goal it could be 3 or 4 but I'm going to go with 2-0.

Yeeeeeellllows.

It's good to see us close out a win at 2-1. The scoreline suggest it was close, it really wasn't.

They scored a goal from nothing when we should have been out of sight. To think we were bottom of the league after 8 games with 3 points and now we're in the play off's with 31 points. Fantastic turnaround.

Romping up the table. Another excellent performance and deserved win. Uche is just unplayable and bringing so many other players into the game.

9 wins in the last 13. 28 points from the last 39. Play offs at Christmas after taking just 3 points in the first 8 games. Hell of a turnaround.

Lethargic performance and thoroughly deserved defeat. Loss at home to Carlisle will occur then three six pointers vs Accrington, Morecambe and Mansfield which could decide our fate.

John Bowler is letting our club die by refusing to take any adequate leadership or action. As for this mug in charge well he claims his players aren't confident but isn't the role of a manager to give his players that confidence? Davis should be sacked as I've said for ages but you just watch the moment we're relegated to the National League, Davis will finally resign and Bowler will jump off the sinking ship at a time we'll need leadership the most.

I'd snap your arm off for 22nd after 46 games at the moment.

By the way Crewe fans, I'm interested to know why you never tried to sign Uche after his loan?

He had no club 7 games into the season and we took a gamble on him. A gamble that has paid off big time. Rumours on our forum that Palace, Sheffield United, Reading and a few others are watching him.

He was excellent in his first spell (or two?), I was obsessed with the guy at that point. Then his agent or Watford screwed us over for a couple of months at Doncaster and when he came back he was absolutely pants and threw tantrums when he was dropped.

I wouldn't have been against signing him but considering how bad he was in his last spell, there wasn't much of an argument to keep him.

Can't see Bowler deserting a sinking ship to be fair to the guy. He's loyal as they come and will be the first to go down with the ship. Unfortunately, that's been our problem since we got relegated from the Championship though. He's ballsed up so many times but sweet talks fans and so gets no flack.

The scandal will see him go. Regardless of its findings, he's handled it appallingly, disrespected the victims and allowed the national press to destroy the club's reputation. I respect why he can't go before the inquiry is done but once it's over, he should be stepping aside the same day.

And if this board of directors allow Davis to take us down then the whole lot of them can pack their bags. Sell the club for a quid to fans and pack their bags.

My frustration has no end (although where I'm at kind of balances it out). I've been dreaming for years of seeing a Greg Taylor goal and forecasting one in dull moments on the Habbin. Now I've missed both of them this season (couldn't motivate myself to get to Crawley) and the Sky highlights are blocked in India - so I can't even catch up retrospectively.

A win at Stevenage, home of some of the worst performances I can remember, will set me up for the Leeds match on my return, whatever happens at Orient.

This should work in India.
