We also had 2 games in the first round, Derby at home followed by Derby at home.

The one we want doesn’t enter until Round Two despite their relegation so Derby or Forest would be ok, Burton is a decent trip too. The rest look meh.

I’m pleased that it’s not seeded, thought that was stupid. If it were to be seeded they should have done it like they do in Germany, where the seeded side is away.

Macclesfield, Rochdale or bury away would be nice.

Sorry but Derby are reserved for us, since being back in the league our complete list of League cup games have been Derby (lost 1-0) Derby (abandoned whilst losing 1-0) followed by Derby (lost 1-0).

I just don't care about it. Other than the FA cup everything else just gets in the way of the league. In fact I don't think i would even be that sad if they abolished the FA cup...

I think If you get a decent draw in the firs time round you can have a decent side in the 2nd round with little effort, get your payday and not suffer with cancelled matches like in the fa cup. Worth investing in.

This is our 6th season back in the league and we’re yet yo get to the 2nd round.

You had me at "10.45am on Friday" What a great spectacle The Legaue Cup 1st round draw is becoming. Seedings removed too, which I'm sure we are all happy with. I'd rather increase the chances of a winnable home match to the likes of Vale or FGR or someone than end up away at Walsall.

Notts police would make it a lunchtime kick off on a Tuesday if we got anyone local, anyone with an average attendance over 5,000 or basically anyone.

Imagine them if either forest derby Notts county Lincoln or chesterfield came.

Yeah It's really good actually, I only tried some a few weeks ago as it was 19p per can in Home Bargains but it's much nicer tasting than most energy drinks, I work 12 hour nights and a can on each break (3) kept me going all night without getting tired. Was in Morrison's yesterday and it's £1.18 per can in there as well the robbing twats.

They should have done it today in Singapore, sacked Wise and McManaman off and replaced them with Trump and Yong-un.

Good stuff, cheers. I'll grab some next time I'm at Home Bargains. Only place I'd seen them was at Morrisions but thought it was pretty dear, not a massive fan of the taste of energy drinks (apart from in jäger bombs etc) but need them for work so if these are better then great.

If you want to mix energy drinks with alcohol and feel brilliant for 30 minutes and then terrible for 2 days, I highly recommend this stuff I had in Newcastle called Dragon Soop.

Dragon Soop - A fermented alcoholic beverage fortified with Schnapps, , sounds good tbf.

Agree about the feeling terrible, had nights where I've done beer, zambuca, vodka, rum, whisky plus a random fish bowl and still recovered quicker then after drinking a load of energy drink mixers lol.
