Can we make it 9 defeats in a row at home and 10 in total?

This is the game where the Orient turn it around.

In Andy Edwards we finally have a manager with steel and intelligence. His record as a player / club captain / Orient youth team coach is extremely impressive. I have a feeling he will earn the players' respect and get them playing as a team.

Also Accrington are on a dreadful run of form.

I don't think it will be pretty, and we will undoubtedly concede from a set piece, but this is a home win for me. 2-1.

Massive game for both sides - our recent league form has been horrendous although we managed to find our shooting boots last week v Woking. May the worst team lose!

I see the stewards had to move in as the Accrington fans were fighting among themselves, i wouldn't have thought they would have enough fans in East London for that

In terms of players efforts, there was a big improvement. In terms of quality and confidence there wasn't, we ground that out and won it with a scrappy goal.

Had it stayed 11v11, we'd have probably lost, Accrington played with far more identity and confidence than we did.

No idea why McConville pulled Massey back, denied him a one on one with the keepr and had to be sent off. From then on Accrington controlled the game, but very rarely looked like scoring. Paul McCallum came on and made a difference for us up front and he played his part in the scrappy goal which won us the game.

Will be interesting to see what this does to our players confidence for the next home game on Boxing Day.

A word as well for the Accrington fans who started a full on brawl in the away end, never ever seen that happen at Leyton Orient before in the 22 years I've been going, it wasn't handbags either, there looked to be 4 people fighting each other - But I could be wrong on that.....!

We could still be playing now and we wouldn't have scored - this has been a major problem in the league this year for us.
It seems some fans from another London club (the stewards believe they were Tottenham) were in the away end trying to cause trouble with our lads and they got their wish as many of our fans had been on the ale all day. Being stood a bit further away from the trouble it wasn't nice to see and brings our club more negative press.

Tenner on that, draw = no bet?

Lucky I didn't see this yesterday.

Have to say that despite the win we played absolutely garbage for 95% of the game. No different to any of our rubbish defeats. Saved by Accy (who were bad, but still better than us) going down to 10 men.
