RefWatch; Ref for Cobblers game in our glorious plummet straight back down the football league pyramid is Nick Kinseley, 42, a big angry baldie from Essex. Second season as a FL ref & works as a financial adviser in Rayleigh. Says being 'completely prepared' is the key to being a ref. Wise words Nick, and I can picture you in the back of your caravan, carefully filling your little bag full of refs essentials; whistle & cards; uniform, signed copy of Mein Kampf; sex toys, anal beads & lube for the half time orgy with the linesmen; and a guide to Northampton's finest humiliation & torture sex-dungeons (special discount to refs).

Loves Wombles, reffed us to victory twice; 4-0 home humping of Salisbury in the Conference 7 years ago (sent off their keeper; Tubbs played for them but didn't score; Jon Main got a yellow & Keds got 2 goals) & 2-0 away win v Fleetwood in '11 (3Y). Reffed Cobblers twice (W1 L1), most recently the 1-0 home win v Accies in Dec '15 (5Y). Hates the scum. Never reffed them. Hates them. In 28 games last season he gave 70 Y & 9 R - massive, especially the red count - all that pent up sexual frustration has to come out somewhere.

AnagramWatch; Nick Kinseley = Kinky Silence.
KettleWatch; Still no game for Trevor yet, but with the Champions League starting soon, it can only be a matter of time.

We seem to have a pretty decent record against the Wombles over the last few years. Been a slowish start but feel like we will get our first league win here. Going for a 2-0 win.

Don't think we have lost to AFC Wimbledon. We drew both games 1-1 last season. Thought Wimbledon were decent at our place last season though. Going for a 1-0 cobblers win though.

Cobblers away. Over the past 5 years,
played 10.
Drew 5.
Lost 5

What the hell, what better time to get our first win against Northampton. 2-0 Wombles. Send the doctors round anytime you like.

Happy to get a point on the board, and hopefully we can build on that in our next game with a little more belief behind us.

Awful game to watch. Ball was in the air half the game and with the wind as it was it was only going to be a terrible spectacle. We desperately need some pace up front and a better quality winger. Both teams to be lower third based upon that.
