I predict goals, lots of goals. Our front line is lethal at the moment and our defence is still shaky.

Welling (A) - win
Oxford (A) - lose
Notts County (H) - win
Accrington (A) - draw
Hartlepool (H) - win

Not too optimistic or too pessimistic, realistically Oxford are the only team there who will go into the game as favourites so the other three could all easily be wins but obviously won't all be wins as we are still Carlisle.

As well all do sometimes I've just got a horrible feeling. Big crowd, sell out away following, great fun of form, opposition struggling, mate plays up front for them, points one way doesn't it?!

Expecting Stanley to be very tough anyway, seem like they've got a very youthful, exciting side

Orient H - Draw
Cambridge A - Lose
Morecambe A - Win
York H - Win

7/12 wouldn't be too bad. Want us to be more adventurous V Orient and finally beat a side in the top half. Without Clements though I can't see it.

It's optimistic but not unreasonable, on the whole I agree with you though I bet we both feel daft come the end of December. ;-)

If we're going to trouble the play offs, we need a good December.

Optimistic but i feel no reason as to why we couldn't take 8/12 points with the hardest game being Morecambe away I think.

It's odd that I look at the away results and expect a good 4 points. Orient pose the most serious threat, and if Murray continues with his tedious 1 upfront at home we've lost it before we've started.

Orient yes will be tough however they seem to be similar to us in being a little sporadic in results. I get your points however we can't just go and blitz it up front going gung ho, we need to keep it disciplined and make sure players like Simpson don't get easy chances.

Of course the opposition needs to be paid the relevant respect, that is obvious, what my issue is that I believe Murray gives the opposition "too much" respect and worries constantly about them than our play.

Don't be so bloody miserable. ;-)

And you've missed out a fixture then - how do you think we'll get on in the replay at Donny?

I'm still undecided on the replay Laker :) I think we can hold them to a draw and then go to et, and then who knows?

Tbh, I had Daggers as a win but changed my mind when I realised that it's not likely we're going to record back to back wins again so soon. And we always struggle against the bottom sides, like we did against York for instance.

The Donny one would be difficult to predict if it went to a replay. Ordinarily you'd back the home team in a replay (and they'd definitely start as favourites) but we've had such a topsy-turvy season and a more impressive away record than home. I think we'll lose but you're right that it'd be tough to predict. :-)

Brave prediction, we will win all 5 games.
Newport H
Yeovil A
Crawley A
Newport H
Cambridge A

Lisbie and Dembele are back, Yiadom returns from suspension and Bailey is now match fit. If we are to make this season more than a relegation fight then this is the critical month.
