Not much league action this month, but we'll be quite confident of getting through both cups games even if we do have a defensive crisis at the minute.

The important one is not to lose to Tranmere I think.

I can hardly believe I'm predicting it myself, but it may well point to that. We're going into the match V Bromley off the back of a shock win over Eastleigh, Boreham have just lost to Guiseley, then had a game called off and travel to Aldershot before the Trophy match (plus we won the equivalent league match with a clean sheet!), NFU is 3 points we expect to get, and before the Xmas derby double header (when anything could happen) Dover go to FGR and Dartford, as well as hosting D&R, which is a stinker of a month for them.

9 points to get up to midtable, progress in the Trophy, sounds like the perfect xmas present. BULLISH.

Would put Ferriby on 21 points, will no doubt be 10+ points adrift at that point but I think if we reach 30+ come the end of the season then theyve done themselves proud.

Done themselves proud by shithousing their way to a few draws and scraped wins? They've not even attempted to play football all season from what I've seen. Why bother?

A team that tries playing attractive football on a northern premier league budget in a full time league is going to get thrashed week in week out. Ferriby have fought for every point this season and held their own when in reality this team wouldn't be top 3 in the northern premier.

Saying why bother is such a shite attitude to have. Otherwise whats the point in 70% of the teams in this league bothering to field a team when the only chance of success is by getting bankrolled.

All things considered Ferriby are only 6 points adrift and 69 points still to play for. If it means a chance of survival than Ferriby should proceed to shithouse for the next 23 games.

Other teams actually turn up wanting to win the game rather than attempting to stop the other team for 90 minutes. Even against a god awful Woking side, with the draw of being on the telly. Poor.

NF were awful against us, made no attempt to score a goal. Numerous other clubs have said the same.

Nothing to do with style of football either, I support a Chris Kinnear side.

No team ever shows up to a game not wanting to win.

The whole point of football is to stop the other team from playing. The Woking game sums it up perfectly, even playing Woking who have probably the 2nd lowest budget still played us off the park. Its not for lack of trying, we just dont have the players to play any other way.

Ferriby have been awful against many teams this season, and will no doubt be awful for many other games. the fact that we're resorting to bringing bloody Darryl Stamp on to try and score sums up how volatile the squad situation is at the moment.

York (H) - W. Has to be a win.
Wrexham (A) (FA Trophy). I really don't care. A narrow, spirited defeat with our backup players would do nicely.
Lincoln (A) - L. What a tough time to be playing them. I have no idea. I'm a natural pessimist, so I'll say a convincing defeat.
Macclesfield (H) - W. Back to form with a win to close out 2016.

Decided to give away games a miss,no wins in 31 games (has to end somewhere)
But don't like mcfatty since loo ton days and would find Beast Parkin against Mcfatty amusing? If hangover free might make trip

Yeah, come and have a drink in the fan tent, there are some very decent ales on tap. And you never know... we lost the least likely games at home last year, I'm not certain of anything these days!

Not the busiest month for us, if we don't tighten up we'll have problems dealing with Dover's lethal attack of Miller, Emmanuel, Laugh at yeti's, Modeste and Moore. Need to get something going though.
Torquay hammered us at their place last year, if that happens again bullishness levels will drop to Hockaday era levels. We should beat them though, without Kieffer they'll be shit, hopefully.

7 points from 9 and still unbeaten in the league, and through to the FA Cup 3rd round - that'd do me!

It's basically a big marquee in the car park in front of the main stand. Big projector screen, tables, bar with decent ale (regular and guest selections), and the supporters club is based in there before each game. It's grown into something quite popular, and generally has a decent mix of home and away fans with a friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend popping in if you get a chance.

9 points out of 9 and the Lincoln game in early January is called off as we will probably have another shit scouse team in the FA Cup that day ;)

Recommended.
It is actually better than Pablosammy's description.
I thoroughly enjoyed my tip to Prenton Park last season and surely will do so again this season.

Nuneaton Town (A) Lose
North Ferriby (H) FA Trophy Win
FC Halifax Town (H) Draw
Salford City (H) Lose
AFC Telford (A) Draw

Another huge month in the league starting with a 6 pointer at Nuneaton. First home game in charge for their new manager and we are awful away - loss. We seem to be a good cup team this year and Ferriby are poor so hopeful of progress there before two tough home league games. Then we finish the month with another big game at Telford.

Don't care about the FA trophy, though hope we do give youngsters a chance.

Expect 7 points in the league, which I think will see us top at the turn of the year.

I'd have expected at least 3 wins out of 4 a month ago, but November has really taken the wind out of our sails and now we've barely got enough players to make up a team. Worried about the Woking game too - got a funny feeling we'll lose that.

I know there's Boreham vs Easleigh and Gateshead vs Barrow, but...

Through in both cups, good win against Tranmere but let ourselves down against Guiseley.
