After the success (debatable) of the Premier League Prediction League last season, I've decided to do something similar this season. Each week it'll be a mix of match predictions, scenarios to pick from, and trivia. Here's a very rough draft of what a sample round would look like:
1. Predict 3 players to score, 3 points for each player who does.
2. Predict the scores of:
- Arsenal vs Wolves
- Man Utd vs Cardiff
- Liverpool vs Fulham
1 point for a correct result, 3 for a correct scoreline.
3. Pick 2 scenarios out of these:
- A hat trick is scored (5 pts)
- Jamie Vardy scores in his 4th game in a row (4 pts)
- A defender scores for a London team (7 pts)
- A Welsh team wins (3 pts)
- A penalty is missed (4 pts)
A real round would probably be longer FYI. Is anyone interested?
