His cv should of gone straight in the bin as soon as it was received. He seemed a nice chap but should never of been thrown into this job. Rumour has it the board had decided he was the wrong decision after only a couple of weeks. Tactically naïve and as bad with the media. I wish him well at Halifax but its already started disastrously.

I dont buy what other people say about how he was out of his depth here. For me he just isnt very good and the mistakes he made here are easily transferable to your level.

He speaks to the media like he is perminently quoting managers cliches from a phrase book

No plan b

Ultra defensive- too much so

Reactive rather than pro active

No respect from his playing staff - he hasnt been there and done it.

No communication with other staff or players

No pulling power

I could go on
