As per the rest of the season pick up points at home, get nothing away. With four home games and our home form as it is we have a great chance to rattle up a few points, Sheff United were awful at Vale Park but we never win there and our away form is shambolic.

Swindon will be tough as we have had dreadful form against them, Coventry are on a mega slide but will be tough, at home against the so called big boys we have been putting in our best performances this season so hopefully that will come into play, the fact weve only 1 win in 19 home Sunday games (excluding Xmas) fixtures doesnt bode well though going back to the mid 90's!

Fleetwood and Southend we should be looking for maximum points at Vale Park (nice to say after years of being shite at home!)

Fancy us to pick up a rare home win here. Buoyed by the victory at Shrewsbury last week, we need another 3pts here in what is another 6-pointer. Blackpool have improved of late, albeit at home, however if we can beat them it’ll bring them back into the mix.

Wigan (A) – LOSE

Wigan are in good form and scoring goals for fun. Back to back victories will see us take around 2,000, but I think we’ll lose personally.

Blackpool (A) – DRAW

The 2nd of two meetings in quick succession and I fancy us to get a draw here.

Gillingham (H) – DRAW

Yes they’re flying high, but they’re pretty shit away from home. We normally do well against them at BP anyway, regardless of form. Draw will do.

Scunthorpe (A) – WIN

Fancy us to win here. Don’t know why though.

We don't really ever do much at your place though, you're right. Add in the fact that our away record against shit teams this season is pretty naff (defeats at Colchester, Blackpool and Barnsley (when they were bottom I think), a draw at Shrewsbury and a last minute win over Crewe) and a draw might not be the worst.

We don't really ever do much at your place though, you're right. Add in the fact that our away record against shit teams this season is pretty naff (defeats at Colchester, Blackpool and Barnsley (when they were bottom I think), a draw at Shrewsbury and a last minute win over Crewe) and a draw might not be the worst.

Well, got most of the actual predictions wrong, but totally nailed what points total we'd end up with come the end of the month. Would say I was happy with that, but that would be a lie.
