So after our injury time comeback at Yeovil we're back at TNL where we rarely score or win. Mansfield are clearly a good side who are tough to beat and will know how to stop us. We're pretty solid and confident after last week though so can see this being another draw probably 0-0.

Flitcroft and Cooper appear to be mates,going by the amount of praise they've showered on each other/each other's clubs in the build up. Going on what Coops said Mansfield play decent stuff so there should be plenty of pretty passing on show. Question is will there be much end product?

This is the game the neutrals will want to see, 2 sides who play football how god (Goma Lambu) intended the game to be played. None of this kick and rush Cowley ball.

FGR drew seven of first 14 matches but have not drawn last seven matches.

To be fair he had Swindon well in the play-offs before he left with less money so not quite sure that's correct.

Look if we have one of those rare days where our players actually know how to score we could win but yeah a draw is pretty likely.

My only wish for today is that Mansfield enter into the Christmas spirit and bring us an early present of a match-day atmosphere...our place has been like a morgue for weeks. It is starting to affect the players and even the manager has made comment about it in his pre-match interviews. As for the game, I think a draw is on the cards, our favourite outcome at home and theirs away. Hopefully both teams will disregard this and go all out for a win, if that happens we should get a fairly open and entertaining game.
