Just the two, and none Wednesday -
AFC Wimbledon v Walsall
Crawley v Grimsby

Our final game in hand. Hopefully keep the unbeaten run going and widen the gap to the bottom 2, and jump a couple of places with a win.

Grimsby leading the Mid-Table Cup by my reckoning, they'll need to avoid a win to stay on track.

Wimbledon v Walsall is a dead rubber. Anyone attending wants their head seeing to.

Wimbledon v Walsall;-

2 teams who ironically don't seam to know what a "W" is. Wimbledon have not won in forever and Walsall have won once in the same length of time.
Both also share the shame (along with Bradford and Stockport) of having been beaten by us home and away.

Crawley v Grimsby;-

really could go either way as the fishy folk have had some decent results recently and Creepy are getting wins when they need them. A Crawley win (or draw) and there's an 11 point gap for Rochdale to claw back (won't happen) and a 5 point one for Pools (might happen at Colchester's expense)

It’s scandalous that you’ve missed Metropolitan Police FC v Sutton United in a highly anticipated Surrey Senior Cup quarter final from your list of games tonight

Been pissing it down in London all day. Are we definitely on, Crawley fans? I'm getting out of work early regardless!

It's been raining here but nothing been said about a postponement.

Just checked our official site and nothing there.

We do have a decent pitch but this has been a bloody horrible winter so it is showing signs of wear and tear. Especially as its played on by two teams a week (us and Brighton women).

Grimsby would be a decent side if they had a striker.

We have been awful. Looks like a game too far for our midfield. We just keep giving Grimsby the ball. Then not tracking runners. That's where the goal come from. That and our keeper doing his best to make himself smaller at the near post.

Grimsby are a cut above the teams we have been playing lately but this is all down to our ineptitude.

Been the same all last season and this. If we don't get a decent striker with the FA Cup money in the summer it will be a disaster

IMO get a striker with that money and you'd be finishing in the playoffs next season.

Disgraceful decision. Such an arrogant penalty, too. Crawley don't deserve a point but League Two officials are shocking as per.

If our season still had anything riding on it I’d be seething right now, not just with the pen but all the chances we missed.

6 unbeaten and 4 of those are draws, we probably should be 8 points better off if we could score and we would still have something to play for.

There’s nothing that indicates we’ll actually get one, the lack of one has been an absolute shambles for ages now, borderline laughable

As Usual a lot of good play between both boxes but the lack of a striker has costed us more points, Almost a carbon copy of Saturday against Walsall where we cant finish to save our life. 2 points from our last 6 which should have been 6. Anyway onto Bradford

Just got in. I was standing in the terrace right in front of the penalty. I've already said it was a poor decision but I have no idea how the ref could give it from his position. I'm not sure what he asked the lino who had pointed for a corner but the conversation didn't last long. League 2 officials. Tonight I love you.

As for the game itself. Grimsby were all around better than us. Cut through us at will. Won the ball at will and player for player just made us look poor. We just kept losing the ball passing it to no one in particular and forgot to close down.

When the world's against you all you can do is hang in there and keep trying. That's what we did and because if that we got lucky and grabbed a point.

No mistake though. We need to do a lot better than that to get to safety.

Standing right in front of it.

Never a penalty.

Hard to tell from the camera angle but i felt it wasn't necessary for Maher to dive in, the risk-reward just wasn't in his favour and he's given the ref the opportunity to be a fücking hero. Frustrating as fúck if it's a clean tackle though

Story of our season that really. Incapable of finishing off the opposition when we're on top. Thought we were all over Crawley for most of the match. We didn't look like a side playing their 9th match of the month, of which that was the 6th on the road.

Worth pointing out that we finished the match with a midfield and attack of players that you'd struggle to find a single pair within that have had played much football together let alone as a unit and you could tell.

Clifton has been superb this season and his finishing has improved no end, but he has to bury that big chance in the second half. Very poor. Has to lift it. 2-0 then and Crawley are dead and buried. As said further up, we'd be a dangerous side with a decent striker. Thankfully the nucleus of our defence and midfield is contracted for next season so if we sort out the attack then we'll mount a playoff charge. Thought Danny Amos was good tonight, him and Morris are two of the few out of contract and not necessarily in Hurst's plans but they're making a fist of it of late.

Crawley were bad but to be fair they hung on in and got what could be a very valuable point.

Couldn't tell if the pen was a pen from the stand but sounds like it wasn't at all, will have to wait and see the replays. Crawley fans looked like they enjoyed that equaliser, looked and sounded good behind the goal after they scored.

Frustrating result but lots of positives in the performance.

Not just the Mid-Table Cup - symmetrical honours as well - we just need one big win and P46 W15 D16 L15 GD 0 is on for us

I thought he gave it for handball. Nowhere near the player.
