Thought we'd be worse, although of course if they took ref backchat and timewasting into account we'd storm it.

Likewise if you took famously petulant cock Liam Noble out of the Notts County side, they probably wouldn't be winning any longer.

Sadly we're doing much better in that than we are in the actual league.

That one didn't work so I used one in sport life.

We are the most indiciplined side in the league by far and I'm actually pretty happy about that. Last season we were better behaved and struggled all season against relegation, this season in large we've been a lot more committed, put a lot more effort in and are more savvy.

Keep it going

Don't you get a fine for being the worst?

I'd rather a player get booked for a 50/50 then let the player get through one on one with a keeper.

Exactly my point. I don't think I've really seen us be cynical this season.

I'd argue that you'd want to be around the middle of this table. If you're too high, you're too undisciplined and if you're too low, it means you're not physical/getting stuck in enough in this division.

Totally agree. It's incredibly rare that anyone can just football their way out of this division, probably the Yokels under Gary Johnson and Swansea were the last teams to do it.

On the other hand it's pretty common that you can be a mediocre side from a footballing perspective, have a solid midfield protecting a well organised back four, and provided you can score at least a few you can get promoted.

But if you're not prepared to mix it physically you are going to get bested in this league.

Although that said I'd rather be an honestly dirty side than a feigning, timewasting one.

We've had the best record in the football league for the past 2 years and get a prize of £25k(x2). West Ham had the best discipline in the Premier League for 1 season and got put in the Europa League.

It just doesn't seem fair.

Being fair is for pansies.

Being fair gets your school bag nicked off your shoulder and thrown in the canal on your way home.

On the swings, after dark drinking cheap cider and kopping a feel off dirty girls chewing gum is where the cool kids hang out.

Mansfield are always bottom useless bunch of dirty cloggers.

Are Mansfield still hoofing it up to Matt Rhead?

We're too busy crying in to our 'Save Our Shakers' commemorative buckets at not getting to play Bury this season.

Them being promoted is more than fair so we don't have to go to that dull, uninspiring, cold hellhole of a place. Lol

A real shame, pretty much a guarenteed 3 points when Mansfield visit, no easy games like that in L1
