Big game saturday, and another one against a fellow high-flyer. We've lost the first two 'big' matches of the season, although they were both away, and we should definitely have got something out of the Walsall game. Dunno how the change in manager will affect Burton, but hopefully they'll be slightly off their pace and we can take advantage. I'd back us to beat anyone at home, so I'll go 2-0 Gills.

Be delighted with a point.
Can see us losing this 1 0 but you never know with us. Didn't expect us to win at Wigan.

Its a difficult game to predict with Albion having a new manager. That is something hard to factor in. We will be confident and well organised for sure. Traditionally we get nothing at Gillingham, looking at their home record this season which is excellent, a draw would be a good result. Expecting a narrow defeat but hope we can sneak something even a win as there is no reason we can't get the 3 points.

We have had a good rest and most of the squad, Norris apart, are fit.
As has been said we are strong at home and the players enjoy playing there.
Burton have been defensively strong all season but just lately have been scoring a few as well.
I have to confess to knowing very little about the Albion squad and haven't seen them play this season so don't really know what to expect.
They are top of the league nearly half way through the season though so are obviously a good side.
I reckon we will win but I doubt we will keep another clean sheet.
3-1 with Cody and Bradley to score and A.N. Other.

That's gone and fucked it!

10 v 12 from the 37th minute, ref couldn't wait to give Burton the advantage

Goal number 2 after another foul on a gills player. Well done ref, that christmas bonus is in the post from all at the Pirelli.

I used to respect Burton but fuck me this has been an embarassing exhibition.

11 v 11 and that's a very tight game. Duffy looked good but other than that incredibly ordinary. You know youve had a bad day when Lucas bloody Akins gets a goal.

Our unbeaten home run had to end at some point, but the manner in which it happened was embarrassing, we were nothing short of piss poor we backed off far too much and had so many underhit passes I lost count, I have seen many better teams than Burton were today but they played the conditions and the officials brilliantly, it was an amazing feat for them to come away with only one yellow

Can't comment on today. Will see highlights later at 9pm on channel 5. Sounds like we was not exactly on fire but managed to win and a clean sheet.
Delighted. Gives us a nice cushion of 5 points now until Cov play.

Just seen the 'highlights'. Loft is a dick for the second yellow but the fact remains that we should've had a free kick before his 'challenge' anyway. Well taken first goal for Burton, the second doesn't show the fouls on Dickenson before Duffy plays the ball and the third was right at the death and I'm imagine Dickenson may well have just cleaned out the winger who ran through had there been anything left on the game/not been on a yellow already.
