Ross Embleton taking charge for the final time, we've managed 7 points from 9, but we're down Conor Wilkinson for 3 games after his stupid red card last weekend. A real shame as he's been playing well the last month, scoring and setting goals up. I'd expect Louis Dennis to start in his place.

Not a big fan of the Blundell Park away end myself.

Grimsby seem to have some talented youngsters like ourselves and slowly building a sound team.

Yes, we have a few youngsters coming along nicely, with a young manager also 'finding his feet'. We are blowing hot and cold (a bit like last season, but with more directness usually), we never know how we'll fair each week.

Our defence leaks soft goals and we always seem to go behind before looking threatening ourselves, that's home and away.

This game could be anything, we’ve been awful for the last 2 games but terrific the game before that so I haven’t got a clue what the result will be.
I feel like we’re due a good performance though so going for a narrow win.

Shocking again, especially in both boxes. No attacking threat and concede two soft goals. First one their attacker is stood unmarked in center of goal on six yard line and gets not one but two free shots!

Not sure what Jolley is doing with the team selection again either. Why Vernam and Clifton when Cook and Ogbu are on the bench? Seem to be playing 4-5-1 as well with hoof to Hanson who is up front alone with Rose and Vernam stood on the touchline no where near him.

When Whitehouse and Green are the two guys you bring on to change the game you know we ain't getting back into the game.

Fair play to Orient much the better side, one good save to keep them in it at 2-0 and then Hanson and Whitehouse both fluff great chances. After that too easy for Orient as we are chasing a goal and they can break.

Finally get a decent ref who for me got everything right as well and we play poorly. Can't defend and can't attack, just not good enough.

Good job 12th is what we expect this season because were not good enough for anything better which is disappointing in such a poor league.

Deserved win against an out of sorts Grimsby, third goal was crucial as Brill had to make some smart stops at 2-0 because had we conceded, we'd have probably gone into panic mode.

Thought we defended fairly well for most of the game, long balls into Coulson and Happe isn't where they struggle, so in the main they dealt with the threat of Hanson.

4-0 a bit flattering in the end, but very happy for Ross Embleton to finish off with three wins in a row. We just keep scoring goals at the moment. Carl Fletcher has inherited a good group of players, halfway to safety nearly.

Jolley is doing a very poor job and has 3/4 games to save himself apparently. We're underperforming massively on our expectations of mid table as we currently find ourselves sitting in mid table.

Obviously a really bad result not helped by the fact it's a 3rd loss in a row but the meltdown from some of our supporters is incredible. The inconsistency is frustrating but that's mid table for you. The man saved us when it was hopeless, has improved us slightly year on year, even taken us to two Prem clubs in cup runs that we've severely lacked in recent years.

He does need some decent results soon to take the pressure off because it will no doubt be piled on in spades.
