Welcome to the Hartlepool United thread.
First of all,I would like to start off by asking everyone what they think of Hartlepool so far this season?
20th in the table with just 3 points from 5 games is far from what is expected from a team who were once pushing for promotion in League 1,to now fighting at the wrong end of League 2.However,Pools had a similar start to last season's campaign.Is this just a case of Hartlepool now being one of them teams that struggle to have a good start to a season,or is there something more that is troubling Colin Cooper's side?

Well, I don't think today will have done any favours to Hartlepool. They need reinforcements and qukckly by the looks of things so the James money may be vital. I can't see much better than a mid table sort of finish and that's if things improve.
